This section defines Training Course screen in SmartHCM.
Go To Training Management
Introduction
Courses offered to enhance employee's skills, these courses might be skill development, refresher or employee job related training that would enable employees to contribute with higher productivity.
For example:
- Effective communication
- Time-Management
- Computer
- Fire-Fighting
- Jave
- Oracle
etc...
These courses will be available in Training Plan and corresponding reports.
