Courses offered to enhance employee's skills, these courses might be skill development, refresher or employee job related training that would enable employees to contribute with higher productivity.
For example:

- Fire-Fighting
- Jave
- Oracle
etc...
These courses will be available in Training Plan and corresponding reports.
