Introduction

To improve capabilities or upgrade skills or have a refresher course organizations offer Training. In order to analyze and monitor the training impact and evaluate the ROI organizations prepare Training Plan.

Screen Details

An associated training number is created after making a complete plan from the lower panel.

In the lower panel;

• Course: Select from the drop-down, these courses are defined using Training Course.
• In House: Is the training conducted within premises by companies existing employee or outbound training.
• Institute: Select the registered Institute of training, pre-defined using Training Institutes
• Date From/ To: Define the Training duration.
• Number of employees: How many employees are selected for this training.
