SmartHCM e-Recruitment 1.0.1.0 Release

Enhancement

  • Home Page: By default, "Home" page has been opened in "English" mode.
  • System Parameter: The "Information" has been provided in the "Email Password" field to show that user must "On" the "Less secure app access" in the "Security" screen of the "Google Account".
  • System Parameter: The proper description about the "Email Password Encryption" has been provided in the "Description" field.
  • My Resume Page: The description "Submit Required" has been provided below the "Submit" button panel.
  • General Work: "Header Banner" has been shown properly in all screens.
  • General Work: 1. The "Powered By" has been provided in the "Footer" of the application. 2. The name of the application and "Version No." like "e-Recruitment ver. 1.0.0.0" have been added in the "Footer" of the application. 3. The "Copy Right" has been removed from the "Footer" of the application. 4. The color of the "Footer" has been changed from "Blue" to "White".

Fixed Issues

  • Home Page: "Date" was not showing in the "Posting Date" column.
  • Home Page: When an user presses the "Submit" button then the data of "Applied Job" was not showing in the "Applied Job" block and also data was not showing in the "Detail..." window.
  • Home Page: On creating account, browser was showing "Saved Password" window where two password fields were showing and first field was showing password without hiding like "****".
  • Create Account Page: When presses the "Continue" button to create an account then an error message "SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting" was appearing on the screen if the "Encrypted Password" entered for the "Email Address" in the "System Parameters" screen.
  • My Resume Page: "Permanent Address" and "Recommendations" panels were not working.
  • My Resume Page: 1. The field name has been changed from "Notes" to "Remarks" in the "Languages" panel. 2. The column name has been changed from "Notes" to "Remarks" on the "Languages" block.
  • My Resume Page: 1. The field name has been changed from "Address" to "Remarks" in the "Qualification" panel. 2. The column name has been changed from "Notes" to "Remarks" on the "Qualification" block.
  • My Resume Page: 1. The field name has been changed from "Notes" to "Remarks" in the "Courses" panel. 2. The column name has been changed from "Notes" to "Remarks" on the "Courses" block.
  • My Resume Page: In the "Academic Information" panel: 1. Records were not sorted in "City" and "Institute" combo boxes. 2. "Grade" field has been changed from "mandatory" to "non mandatory".
  • My Resume Page: System was not shown the value of "Percentage" in two "Decimal Places" on the "Qualification" block.
  • My Resume Page: In the "Recommendations" panel: "Notes" has been renamed with "Address" everywhere.
  • My Resume Page: "Permanent Address" and "Recommendations" panels were not working.
  • My Resume Page: In the "Personal Information" panel: 1. "Middle Name", "Last Name" and "Family Name" fields were shown mandatory. 2. "Nationality" was not showing as per “Gender” chosen. 3. Records were not sorted in “Place of Issue” and “Place of Birth” combo boxes.
  • Admin Login Page: Message was showing wrong on providing wrong "User Id/Password".
  • Forgot Password: "Email" notification of "Forgot Password" notification type was showing wrong "User Name".
  • General Work: "Text" in the "Email Notification" was not showing properly in the "Email".
  • General Work: "Confirm Password Change" window was showing after password change which should not be shown.
