Enhancements

  • Tom_S021 - Attendance Locations Setup :The "Home" check box has been provided after the "Allowed Range (meter)" column on the screen.
  • PAY_R038 - Detail Payslip :The "Days Worked" field name has been changed to "Days/Hours Worked".
  • TOM_S003 - Time Slot : The "End Time," "Required Hours," and "Slot Type" columns have been added to the "Time Slot" Combo Box on the "Time Slot Screen."
  • TOM_S011 - Late/Early Departure Approval : The searching results of "stopped" status employees have been provided upon searching.
  • TOM_S038 - Mobile Device Attendance Setup : In the "Attendance Locations" panel, the "Home" column check box has been set as a Display-Only check box in Add, Edit, and Amend modes. The value of "Yes" (Checked) or "No" (Unchecked) is dependent on the selected "Location".
  • PAY_S006 - Allowance Deduction Location Grade Setup : A search bar has been provided next to the copy record button, enabling searching based on both the AD Code and Code Description.
  • PAY_R038 - Detail Payslip : The "Days Worked" field has been provided in the report of Detailed Payslip.
  • Database - Database / Backend Development : The calendar's restriction to the current year has been extended to include the next year's end.
  • HRS_S207 - Pivot Table Reporting Tool : 1. The report has been renamed from "Attendance Ranking Report" to "Attendance Summary Report".2. Additionally, the columns "Location", "Department", "Position", "Late Count", and "Early Departure Count" have been added to the report.
  • GEN - General Work : Time has been omitted for "Off-Day" time slots throughout the application.
  • HRS_S195 - Job(s) Transfer : The search bar button has been provided next to the "search by text" field.
  • AttendanceRanking - Attendance Ranking Report : In attendance ranking, employees who have been absent or on leave for the whole month have been included.
  • HRS_R015 - Full and Final Settlement Report : The data has been displayed in the report according to the ordering set in the Grid panel of the "Full and Final Settlement" screen.
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request : Leave type settings have remained unaffected by recent changes after applying any leave. All leave data in leave detail screens has accurately reflected the settings against which the leave was applied.
  • ESS_S001 - Notification Calendar : If an employee has been separated from the system, the system has not sent/shown any "System Date Notification" to any separated employee.
  • TOM_S029 - Overtime Approval : Weekday names have been concatenated in the "Attend Date" field with a 3-letter representation on the screen.
  • Database - Database / Backend Development : For the approval of overtime ; 1. The hours have been picked from the "Approved Hours" field.2. If hours have not been defined in the "Approved Hours" field, they have been checked in the "Requested Hours" field.3. An error has been generated if there has already been an entry of "Overtime" present on the same date.
  • TOM_S003 - Time Slot : The "Suggest Maximum _ OT Hours" field label has been renamed to "Maximum allowed _ OT Hours".
  • TOM_S010 - Attendance Adjustment : Searching for 'stopped' status employees has been provided in the "Attendance adjustment" screen.
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request : "Advance Salary," and "Medical Certificate Attached" have been shown only for the leaves where applicable.
  • TOM_S029 - Overtime Approval : The "Day" name has been shown in the Attend Date column in the Shift Timing window.
  • Login - Login : The view password 'eye' button has been provided in the password field.
  • PAY_S009 - Payroll Parameters : When any employee has rejoined the organization , their data in the "payment mode" column of this screen has been updated by default to "bank".
  • ESS_S001 - Notification Calendar : Birthday notification has been provided in the Notification type dropdown.
  • ESS_S001 - Notification Calendar : If a user has been separated, their birthday notification ,NIC expiring notification has not been sent to any continuing member of the organization.
  • HRS_R015 - Full and Final Settlement Report : The "Days Worked/Present Days" has been provided in the report.
  • HRS_R027 - Objectives Appraisal : 1. "Appraisal type" has been renamed as "Appraisal Plan". 2. The column heading in the Appraisal Type Combo has been renamed from "Appraisal Type" to "Appraisal Plan". 3. The "Plan ID" column has been provided in the Appraisal Type Combo.4. The "Frequency" Combo Box Parameter has been provided with all values available in the "Appraisal Group" Setup. 5. "Date From" and "Date to" Combo Box have been provided, showing all dates as per the selected "Frequency".6. The "Appraisal Plan" Combo is shown as per the selected "Frequency" and Employee.7. New parameters "Date From" and "Date To" have been provided.8. Appraisal Type data has been shown in Descending order.
  • TOM_S010 - Attendance Adjustment : Week Day names have been concatenated in the "Attend Date" field.
  • HRS_R017 - Employee Promotion List : The "Employee Id" column has been shown before the "Employee Name" column in the "Leave Balance Adjustment No." combo box.
  • RMS_S004 - Manage Request : RMS integration for overtime approval has been created.
  • HRS_S117 - Full and Final Settlement : The general green "authorize" button has been added to the screen. Upon clicking on it, the calculate button is disabled, preventing any editing of record information after authorization.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information : 1. The new field named "Employee Old ID" has been added. 2. The "Employee Old ID" parameter has been added to the system default settings. To make this parameter mandatory, pass the value 'Y' against it. If the user passes 'N', then the "Employee Old ID" field is not mandatory. By default, the value 'N' is present against this parameter.
  • HRS_S086 - Appraisal Group : The Search option has been provided in the Grid.
  • HRS_S019 - Employee Promotion : In the employee promotion screen, the combo box for promotion number has included the promotion date column before the authorized column.
  • HRS_R072 - Consolidated Appraisal Report : 1. "Appraisal type" has been renamed as "Appraisal Plan".2. In the Appraisal Type Combo, the first column heading has been renamed from 'Appraisal ID' to “Plan ID” and 'Appraisal type' to 'Appraisal Plan'.3. The “Frequency” Combo Box Parameter has been provided with all values available in the “Appraisal Group” Setup.4. “Date From” and “Date to” Combo Box have been provided, showing all dates as per the selected “Frequency”.5. The “Appraisal Plan” Combo is shown as per the selected “Frequency” and Employee.6. New parameters “Date From” and “Date To” have been provided.

  • HRS_S163 - Job Information : The "Refresh" control has been provided in the "Tree Menu" based combo list.
  • HRS_S117 - Full and Final Settlement : 1. The "AD Code" combo box has been made a non-mandatory field. The system allows the user to enter a record without selecting a value from the "AD Code" combo boxes. 2. The "Ordering" column has been provided for ordering the records.
  • HRS_S163 - Job Information : The check boxes ("Active" and "Inactive") have been added to the screen.
