Enhancements

  • Tom_S021 - Attendance Locations Setup: The "Home" check box has been provided after the "Allowed Range (meter)" column on the screen.
  • TOM_S003 - Time Slot: The "End Time", "Required Hours," and "Slot Type" columns have been added to the "Time Slot" combo box on the screen.
  • TOM_S011 - Late/Early Departure Approval: The searching results of "Stopped" status employees have been provided upon searching.
  • TOM_S038 - Mobile Device Attendance Setup: In the "Attendance Locations" panel, the "Home" column check box has been set as a Display-Only check box in "Add", "Edit", and "Amend" modes. The value of "Yes" (Checked) or "No" (Unchecked) is dependent on the selected "Location".
  • PAY_S006 - Allowance Deduction Location Grade Setup: A "Search Bar" field has been provided next to the "Copy Record" button, enabling searching based on both the "AD Code" and "Code Description".

  • GEN - General Work: Time has been omitted for "Off-Day" time slots throughout the application.
  • HRS_S195 - Job(s) Transfer: The "Search Bar" button has been provided next to the "Search By Text" field.
  • Attendance Ranking - Attendance Ranking Report: Employees who have been "Absent" or on "Leave" for the whole month have been included in the report.
  • HRS_R015 - Full and Final Settlement Report: The data has been displayed in the report according to the ordering set in the Grid panel of the "Full and Final Settlement" screen.
  • TOM_S029 - Overtime Approval: Weekday names have been concatenated in the "Attend Date" field with a 3-letter representation on the screen.
  • TOM_S029 - Overtime Approval: For the approval of overtime: 1. The hours have been picked from the "Approved Hours" field. 2. If hours have not been defined in the "Approved Hours" field, they have been checked in the "Requested Hours" field. 3. An error has been generated if there has already been an entry of "Overtime" present on the same date.

  • HRS_S117 - Full and Final Settlement: The "Authorize" button has been added to the screen. Upon clicking on it, the "Calculate" button is disabled; also preventing any editing of record information after authorization.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information: 1. The new field named "Employee Old ID" has been added. 2. The "Employee Old ID" parameter has been added to the "System Default" screen. To make this parameter "Mandatory", pass the value 'Y' against it. If the user passes 'N', the "Employee Old ID" field is showing as non-mandatory. By default, the value 'N' is present against this parameter.
  • HRS_S086 - Appraisal Group: The "Search" field option has been provided in the Grid.
  • HRS_S019 - Employee Promotion: In the screen, the "Promotion Date" column has been provided before the "Authorized" column in the "Promotion No." combo box.

  • HRS_S207 - Pivot Table Reporting Tool: A new report titled "EOBI Report" has been created.

Fixed Issues

  • TOM_S010 - Attendance Adjustment : When the user deleted all attendance entries and clicked on the 'Save All' button, an error occurred.
  • ESS_S001 - Notification Calendar : "Late Notification" and "Birthday Notification" were not working properly.
  • HRS_S022 - Grade Wise Perks : The system took too much time to copy records while pressing the "Copy" button.
  • PAY_S005 - Attendance Location Grade Setup : The system took too much time to copy records while pressing the "Copy" button.
  • PAY_R022 - Pay-Slip : A new notification called 'Last Working Day Less Present Hours Notification' was created. It would work if the present hours of the last working day were less than the required hours of the last working day, then this notification would be sent.
  • RMS_S004 - Manage Request : If an employee was set as an "Assign Authority" against any "Active Employee" and also set as a "Second Last Approving Level" and "Final Approving Level" on that level, and then this employee tried to "Approve" any request, the system showed the error message.
  • HRS_S019 - Employee Promotion : Data was shown in the "Grade" combo box related to the selected "Position" and related to the "Employee Type" of the selected "Employee".
  • HRS_R030 - Performance/Personal Appraisal : When the "Show Report" and/or "Show PDF" buttons were pressed, an error message appeared on the report screen.
  • PAY_R001 - Tax Slip : The tax slip showed an error.
  • PAY_R001 - Tax Slip : The basic salary in the tax-slip did not match with the basic salary in the pay-slip.
  • PAY_S020 - Payroll Process : If any record was generated in the "Employee Separation" screen but had not been authorized, then the system should have calculated its deduction code values while running a payroll process.
  • PAY_S030 - Loan Disbursement : Gross pay was not calculated correctly.
  • HRS_S023 - Leave Location Grade Setup : The "Final Settlement Settings" block was shown under the "Encashment Settings" Block.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information : For the field "Grade:", the searching functionality did not work correctly.
  • SEC_S007 - User Profile : Locations were unable to be added beyond 26 pages.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information : When adding a photo of the employee, the system displayed an error.
  • PAY_S055 - e-Bank File Generation : When a user pressed the "Query" button, an error message was appeared on the screen.
  • RMS_S003 - Request Rights Setup : The system showed an error message while selecting the "Process" value from the "Rights For" combo box in the query panel.
  • Allowance Deduction location grade setup : The system took too much time to copy records while pressing the "Copy" button.
  • PAY_S022 - Back Dated Attendance : 1. The records for which the "Final" payroll had been run were not able to be deleted in any case, and the "Add" option was disabled for these kinds of records. 2. Additionally, for the same final payroll run records, the highlighted icons of "delete", "edit", and "authorize" were hidden.
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request : When searching for any "Employee Id", it showed a "Request Failure" error message.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information : When we 'extended' or 'confirmed' any employee from the probation screen, the status date was also updated with the current date on which the employee was extended or confirmed.
  • Dashboard - Dashboard : Instead of showing a blinking icon for new items, the text "new" was shown in the default selected themes .
  • PAY_S060 - Advance against ESB : 1. The Fund field was made wider. Additionally, the field widths were kept consistent with others. 2. For the Status field, the headings "Status ID" and "Status" were aligned in a single row.
  • HRS_S198 - Leave Balance Adjustment : 1. The Vertical Scroll Bar was shown from the 1st record of the "Leave Balance Adjustment History" panel. 2. When a user pressed the "Add" button, the system showed all employees' records in the "Leave Balance Adjustment History" panel.
  • HRS_S198 - Leave Balance Adjustment : The search functionality in the employee field was not working, and it displayed a "request failure" error.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information : "Employee Old ID" details were added to the "Select Employee" combo box, and the data was searched against "Employee Old ID".
  • HRS_S111 - Written Test Result : When we were searching for written test results by applicant ID, the columns of "Total Marks" & "Passing Marks" did not show the value by default against all the applicants.
  • RMS_S002 - Request Fields Setup : In the "List" data type field, it was not showing the option to edit any field.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information : The system allowed users to create new employees with a manual employee ID, as the system default setting for "employee_ID_auto_num" was set to NO.
  • TOM_S020 - Holiday Setup :When we opened the root of locations, it generated a "Request Timeout" error and took a lot of time to open the location.
  • HRS_S207 - Pivot Table Reporting Tool : A new report titled "Taxable Salary Upload Format" was created on the pivot reporting tool.
  • TOM_S031 - TOM Payroll Integration Setup : When editing the irregularity minutes in Tom's payroll integration, the "Monthly Grace Minutes" column lost its data.
  • HRS_S023 - Leave Location Grade Setup : The system took too much time to copy records while pressing the "Copy" button.
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request : The leaves in which medical certificate checkbox was checked, displayed no attachment. Additionally, the medical certificate in leave details showed "NO".
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request : When the user took any action (Approve / Reject) on any "Pending" leave, an error message appeared on the screen.
  • SET_S005 - System Default : The action button "Reload" was hidden on the "System Default" screen.
  • PAY_S048 - Outside Payroll Overtime Location Grade Setup : The system took too much time to copy records while pressing the "Copy" button.
  • TOM_S029 - Overtime Approval : When rejecting RMS overtime records, the records did not hit against the 'reject' status in the overtime approval.

  • HRS_S020 - Employee Increment : An error was encountered upon authorizing the increment.
  • ESS_S001 - Notification Calendar : Filters in the "Specific Criteria" option did not work properly against all notifications.
  • HRS_R060 - Employee Data Export : The report did not generate, and the screen became stuck on the loading bar while generating the report.
  • SEC_S004 - User Group Setup : Searching was expected to be done correctly with respect to the "Id" and "Activity" columns.
  • PAY_R023 - Salary Sheet Report مسير الرواتب : The salary sheet did not open and showed an error.
  • HRS_R015 - Full and Final Settlement Report : The system calculated the wrong deductions for Late and Early attendance in the full and final settlement report.
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request : 1. When adding a new leave from the "Leave Request" screen, the search function in the "Leave Type" dropdown did not work. 2. In the view mode of the "Enter Leave" dialogue box, if a user clicked on the employee name field and then clicked on any other field, all data was removed.
  • TOM_R002 - Individual Time Sheet (Standard) : It was not mandatory to add an employee in Payroll Parameter to show in Individual Time Sheet.
  • PAY_S029 - Payroll Groups : The "Daily Hour" column was accepted the "decimal Value".
  • GEN - General Work : The "Short Name" was provided in the "Grade" combo box everywhere in the system. Additionally, the user could search the grade by "Id", "Short Name", and "Description" in the "Grade" combo box.
  • RMS_S004 - Manage Request : During the generation of requests, when user searched for any employee and then clicked on the cancel button, and again clicked on the generate request button, the last selected employee ID was mentioned.
  • HRS_S033 - Leave Balance : The data was incorrectly displayed.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information : Proper validation for the email field was implemented in the employee information screen. The validation process ensured correct email format and restricted extra spaces.
  • SET_S002 - Locations : 1. Searching for LocationID was not worked for the single digits. 2. After conducting a search in the third level of the 'Organization' hierarchy, pressing the back button was displayed the blank screen.
  • TOM_S036 - Monthly Time Sheet Approval : The system was expected to show the approved "Overtime" records when the user "Approved" the record on this screen without running the Payroll Process.
  • PAY_S020 - Payroll Process : Payroll Process was slow.
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request ‘‘‘: Attachments in Leave requests did not open.
  • OSP_S018 - Create Ticket Rights : On moving employees from one tab to another, error appeared.
  • PAY_R012v - Fund Yearly Contribution Report Parameter : In report , when the amount exceeded to million, columns became overlapped.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information : A new grid panel was created named as "EOBI Details" in the child screen of Employee Information. Additionally, the name of the 'File/Hafeezah No' field was changed to 'NIC NUM', and the name of the 'NIC' field was changed to 'CNIC NUM' in "Employee Information
  • PAY_R012v - Fund Yearly Contribution Report Parameter : 1. Upon selecting the "Show Parameters" checkbox, the first page of the report appeared consistently with the other pages, maintaining correct alignment, logo clarity, and consistent header and footer lengths.2. The "Report General Parameters" panel was not working.
  • Database - Database / Backend Development : In the monthly timesheet, only overtime approved through the overtime approval screen was considered, excluding any extra hours suggested as overtime.
  • PAY_S032 - Loan Reschedule : When the user "Authorized" the record on this screen, the system removed all the "Installments" from the "Pay_Loan_Det" table against that "Loan No".
  • HRS_S175 - Renew/Cancel Temporary Job : The validation between the "From Date" and "To Date" fields was provided.
  • Dashboard - Dashboard : Time was not showing properly in seconds in the widget.
  • TOM_R002 - Individual Time Sheet (Standard) : Attendance was not showing in the individual time sheet.
  • HRS_R015 - Full and Final Settlement Report : In the full and final settlement report, the font size for the AD code column was consistent with the rest of the report.
  • HRS_S028 - Contract Renewal : The system did not allow the user to manually enter the date in the "Current Expire" date field if it was less than the date entered in the "Current Renewal" date field.
  • TOM_R001 - Daily Attendance Report : It showed 9 in hours worked for all employees in the daily attendance report.
  • HRS_S169 - Temporary Job Assignment : The validation between the "From Date" and "To Date" fields was provided.
  • ESS_S005 - ESS specific activity right : When a new report was added or generated on the screen in the "Bi dashboard" menu, the "activity rights" were set to "specific include".
  • HRS_S197 - Email / SMS to Applicant(s) : Sending an offer letter to any applicant displayed the error "Request Failure" .
  • TOM_S020 - Holiday Setup : The system was checking all the child locations, but when there were a greater number of locations, the system did not select all the checkboxes of the selected location.
  • HRS_S227 - Employee Rejoining : When an employee rejoined from the "Employee Rejoining" screen, the "Tax amount" of this employee was not generated after running the payroll process.
  • PAY_S005 - Attendance Location Grade Setup : When a user edited a record with "Divisor Value/No Limit" selected in the Max Option column, the "Max Value" column remained disabled.
  • HRS_R032 - Training Course Recommendation : 1. "Appraisal type" was renamed to "Appraisal Plan".2. In the Appraisal Type Combo, the column heading "Appraisal ID" was renamed to "Plan ID", "Title" to "Appraisal Plan", and "Appraisal Date" was replaced with "From Date" and "To Date".3. A "Frequency" Combo Box Parameter was provided with all values available in the "Appraisal Group" Setup. 4. "Date From" and "Date To" Combo Boxes were provided, showing all dates according to the selected "Frequency".5.   • PAY_R038 - Detail Payslip : An error occurred when attempting to send the email from the detailed pay slip.
  • TOM_S018 - Machine Attendance Loading : The "Geo. Location," "Org. Location," and "Employee" combo boxes showed data as per the rights defined in the "Supervisory Control Setup" screen.
  • HRS_R065 - Appraisal Status – Appraiser Wise : 1. "Appraisal Group" was renamed to "Appraisal Plan".2. In the Appraisal Group Combo, the second column heading "Appraisal Type" was renamed to "Appraisal Plan".3. A "Frequency" Combo Box Parameter was provided with all values available in the "Appraisal Group" Setup.4. "Date From" and "Date To" Combo Boxes were provided, showing all dates as per the selected "Frequency".5. The "Appraisal Plan" Combo was shown based on the selected "Frequency" and Employee.6. New parameters "Date From" and "Date To" were provided.7. Appraisal Group data was shown in Descending order.8. The "Period" label name was renamed to 'Date From' and 'Date To'.   • PAY_S029 - Payroll Groups : The "Daily Hour" column was accepted decimal values.
  • HRS_S227 - Employee Rejoining : Upon opening the employee rejoining screen, an error of "Request Failure" occurred.
  • ESS_S005 - ESS specific activity right : 1. If the URL field was null against any activity, it did not stop employees from logging in to ESS. 2. After logging in, if a user clicked on an activity whose URL was not defined, the system showed an error message.
  • PAY_S011 - Monthly Payment Deduction (Code wise) : 1. The "Save" Button was disabled in the screen. 2. If we saved any employee in the Code Wise Screen, we were unable to select that employee in the Employee Wise Screen.
  • HRS_R009 - Leave Record : In the Leave Type Combo, searching was not available. Additionally, the Status Combo width was greater than its list width.
  • HRS_S030 - Employee Separation: Without selecting "Resign Date", the system did not allow the user to save the record.
  • ESS_S001 - Notification Calendar: "Late Notifications" were not generated (in the table) for those who were late but were generated for an employee who was not late.
  • HRS_S091 - Appraisal Attributes: 1)The "Rating Sequence" field length was currently "3" digits, which needed to be increased to "5" digits. 2)Searching did not work in the "Select Attribute" and "Course Name" combo boxes. 3)The Paging Bar was removed from the "Attributes Category" combo box.
  • ESS_S005 - ESS specific activity right: In the "Specific Employees" grid, the Employee ID dropdown did not open and gave an error after loading. Additionally, the dropdown should have shown data at the accurate time.
  • HRS_S023 - Leave Location Grade Setup: In the 'How many days before/after leave can be applied' field, if the user entered a value in the 1st block and left the 2nd block empty, then the value of the 1st block was automatically changed by 1.
  • HRS_R060 - Employee Data Export: The screen buttons 'View data' and 'Export data' did not working.
  • HRS_S107 - Recruitment Request Form: The "Amend" button was only shown on the "Recruitment Request" tab and was not available on the "Display Setup" tab.
  • RMS_S004 - Manage Request: Default Text was not showing completely in Display field.
  • PAY_S005 - Attendance Location Grade Setup: The system took too much time to copy records while pressing the "Copy" button in the "Copy Records" popup window.
  • TOM_S020 - Holiday Setup: In the pop-up window of the 'Copy Record' button, when a user clicked on the 'Root' node of the location, child nodes did not show and a loading icon was displayed.
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request: The user was currently unable to apply leave for past dates, despite having leave balances and the leave year not being updated. The user encountered an error ('index was outside the bounds of the array') when attempting to apply for leave on previous dates.
  • SET_S002 - Locations: After conducting a search in the third level of the 'Geo Location' hierarchy, pressing the back button should have shown the previous screen rather than navigating back by two screens.
  • Login - Login: The user was unable to log in to HCM.The error message was updated to the following: "Login Failed: You did not have permissions to access any screens. Kindly reached out to your Administrator/HR for further assistance."
  • RMS_S004 - Manage Request: In HCM, the 'Manage Request' didn't show data. There should have been a date filter that restricted the date range, allowing a maximum span of two months. This filter should have included both 'From' and 'To' date options.
  • HRS_S207 - Pivot Table Reporting Tool: 1)A new pivot report titled "Attendance Summary Report - Late Count Slab wise" was created, which replicated the current "Attendance Ranking Report." The current report was renamed as "Attendance Summary Report." 2)Columns for "Before 3 hrs" and "After 3 hrs" were added under "Late Count" in the report. These columns showed how many days the user arrived before or after 3 hours.
  • HRS_R012 - Leave Balance Report: When the Leave Balance Report was opened via Crystal Report, columns overlapped.
  • RMS_S004 - Manage Request: For overtime requests, proper validation was added in the RMS In procedure. If the overtime was already in a pending/approved/processing status, the new request wouldn't be allowed to generate for the 'Generate Request' button.
  • GEN - General Work: When the user clicked on the "Show Report" button, a blank screen was showing on all reports in HCM.
  • TOM_S018 - Machine Attendance Loading: When they uploaded the file from the machine attendance loading screen, no result was showing.
  • HRS_S028 - Contract Renewal: 1)The "Delete" button was shown but disabled when the user selected the "Authorized" record. 2)The "Delete" button wasn't showing when the user selected the "Unauthorized" record after selecting the "Authorized" record. 3)The "Delete" button was enabled by default if the user selected the "Unauthorized" record. Currently, it was enabled when pressing the "Edit" button. 4)Only "Authorized" records were shown in the "Contract Renewal History". 5)The name of the panel was changed from "Contract History" to "Contract Renewal History".
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information: When we amended any record, we encountered an error of "Object reference is null," and the record was not saving.
  • PAY_S031 - Skip Installment: When we skipped any installment and saved, the dates of the next installment did not show properly.
  • PAY_S027 - Loan Location Grade Setup: The system took too much time to copy records while pressing the "Copy" button or "Overwrite" button in the "Copy Records" popup window.
  • PAY_S015 - Fund Location Grade Setup: The system took too much time to copy records while pressing the "Copy" button or "Overwrite" button in the "Copy Records" popup window.
  • RMS_S004 - Manage Request: The time in the 'request date' and 'status and date' columns, as well as in the action history data, matched the time zone of the country using the system. Furthermore, the date filters functioned accurately with respect to the time zone of the country.
  • HRS_S028 - Contract Renewal: On consecutive entry of a record for the same ID, when attempting to finalize the save (green button) for the second time, an error occurred.
  • Database - Database / Backend Development: OT suggestion job time has been adjusted to 1-2 minutes, with 1 minute being the ideal duration.
  • HRS_R031 - Appraisal Result: 1)"Appraisal type" has been renamed to "Appraisal Plan". 2) The column heading "Appraisal Type" in the Appraisal Type Combo has been changed to "Appraisal Plan". 3)A "Plan ID" column has been added to the Appraisal Type Combo. 4) A "Frequency" Combo Box parameter has been provided with all values available in the "Appraisal Group" Setup, including Annual, Bi Annual, Ad hoc, Monthly, and Quarterly. 5)"Date From" and "Date to" Combo Boxes have been provided, which display all dates according to the selected "Frequency". 6)The "Appraisal Plan" Combo is now displayed according to the selected "Frequency" and Employee. 7)New parameters "Date From" and "Date To" have been provided. 8)Appraisal Type data is now shown in descending order.
  • HRS_S207 - Pivot Table Reporting Tool: The Pivot Report for Holiday setup has been generated using a pivot reporting tool. It includes a filter option for 'Specific Date'.
  • PAY_S017 - Monthly Data Upload: A proper message was provided to the user by the system while uploading the data if there is duplicate data in the file.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information: An error is displayed on the employee screen when the employee information is saved.
  • Database - Database / Backend Development: "Job_Alert_Notifications" job was not working and showing an error message.
  • ESS_S001 - Notification Calendar: Even though the "Enable Notifications" checkbox is unchecked, the "Late Notification" is still generated in the "Hrs_Notifications_Ondate" table.
  • RMS_S004 - Manage Request: On the "Manage Request" screen, the remarks section was not visible for the attendance adjustment section.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information: When attempting to retrieve employee information for any ID, an error was encountered, displaying "request failure."
  • HRS_R007 - Employee Information: 'Nationality' combo box did not show correct nationality data against 'Don't Disc' gender selection.
  • HRS_S023 - Leave Location Grade Setup: The copy record function in the leave location grade setup was not working properly. When we selected all grades and then deselected a couple of grades before applying the copy action, it copied the settings to all grades, including those that were not selected.
  • HRS_R051 - Letter Report: The letter report searching feature was not functioning correctly in the "Select Letter" combo box.
  • PAY_S017 - Monthly Data Upload: Allowances are not being uploaded through this screen in the system.
  • HRS_R015 - Full and Final Settlement Report: The "Employee Id" is being truncated in the report. Kindly increase the size to display the complete "Employee Id" along with the "Employee Name"
  • TOM_S017 - Roster Process: There was a save error encountered when running the roster process.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information: When the user attempted to add a new employee from the employee information screen and then tried to search for jobs based on geo location, the job details dropdown did not function properly.
  • MOB_S001 - Send Mobile App. Notification: The screen was not working properly. The system did not send notifications to all selected users.
  • PAY_S041 - Allowance Basic Salary Range Setup: The system took too much time to copy records while pressing the "Copy" button or "Overwrite" button in the "Copy Records" popup window.
  • HRS_S091 - Appraisal Attributes: The "Attribute" field's length on the front showed "50," but it was "100" (NVARCHAR2(100)) on the back end. The system should have allowed users to enter "100" characters from the front end.
  • PAY_R004 - Salary Sheet: A new parameter "Show Gross Pay (Rate)" was provided in the Report Specific Parameters panel. Data was shown in the "Gross Pay" column as per the new parameter "Show Gross Pay (Rate)". If the user checked this parameter, then the system showed the report from the "Pay_Emp_Rate" table; otherwise, the system showed the report from the "Pay_Emp_Payroll" table.
  • RMS_S004 - Manage Request: When a user was giving rights to other employees for "Process" requests, RMS tickets were shown in the "Manage Request" screen, but the request was not appearing in the 'Request Type' filter.
  • PAY_S042 - Employee Basic Salary Editing: When the data in the screen was authorized without pressing the "Ok" button for the authorization message, and the payroll was run just after authorizing the new salary, the salaries got disturbed for all employees.
  • HRS_S033 - Leave Balance: When adjusting toil leave, the entry in the leave balance screen for availed toil leave should have been recorded in the "availed" column as a positive value, rather than in the "entitled" field.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information: Upon opening the employee information screen and selecting any employee for the very first time, an error of "Request Failure" was encountered.
  • TOM_R016 - Individual Time Sheet: When working on the same name, the system made a mistake and opened the data of other employees, especially when looking at time sheets.
  • WFL_S002 - Define Workflow: Upon opening multiple levels on the Define Workflow screen, the system displayed a "request failure" message.
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request: "Leave Type" settings have remained unaffected by recent changes after applying for any leave. All leave data in the "Leave Detail" screen has accurately reflected the settings against which the leave was applied.
  • ESS_S001 - Notification Calendar: If an employee has been separated from the system, the system has not sent/shown any "System Date Notification" to any separated employee.
