Enhancement
- Locations - SET_S002: 1. The "Location Link" column has been removed from the main panel for both "Geo Location" and "Org Location". 2. The new panel namely "Associated Locations" has been added besides the main panel. If user clicks on any row (department top level) in the grid of main panel then user can "Add", Edit", "Amend" and "Delete" the record from this new panel. (This new panel will be enabled only for the selection of "Org Location"). 3. This panel will be disabled for department sub levels. User can view only the selected "Locations" in the sub levels. If user "Add", "Delete", "Edit" or "Amend" any "Location" at the top level then impact will be shown automatically at the sub levels.
- Gen - General Work: The impact of new customization "allow multi locations against single department" has been provided in this application. Data in the "Geo. Location" and "Org. Location" combo boxes and in the "Grid" panels of related screens has been shown properly as per the new customization.
- Gen - General Work: The "Geo. Location" field has been changed from "Display-Only" to "Combo Box" in "Add", "Edit" or "Amend" modes from the following screens: 1. Job Information, 2. Job(s) Transfer, 3. Posting, 4. Employee Job Change.
- Gen - General Work: The "Geo. Location" column has been removed from the "Org. Location"/"Departments" combo box of all screens where the "Org. Location"/"Departments" combo boxes exist.
- Standard Report - Standard Report Parameter Form: "Geo. Location" and "Org. Location" parameters in the "General Parameters" panel of all reports has been worked properly and has been shown correct data in the reports as per the new customization in the "Locations" screen.
- Salary Sheet - PAY_R004: 1. The "Gross Salary" has been added in the "Ad Codes" combo box. 2. The "Serial Number" column has been added in all formats of the report. 3. The new radio buttons has been shown/hide in the selection of two values from "Group On" combo box. 4. The "Position" column has been shown in the report when the user selects "With Additional Columns" radio option.
Fixed Issues
- Salary Sheet - PAY_R004: "Show PDF" feature was not working. When pressing the "Show PDF" button then system opened the "Crystal Report" instead of "PDF".
- Salary Sheet - PAY_R004: 1. "Calendar" was not opened as per standard for both "From Date" and "To Date" fields in the "Specific Parameters" panel. 2. Alignment of the report was not proper. It was not shown proper in "Crystal Report" and in "PDF". 3. "Print" option was not working properly.
- Appraisal Group - HRS_S086: Values in the "Frequency" and "Appraisal Type" combo boxes were not showing from "Language Translation" (Static Combo List).
- Appraisal Increment Advice - HRS_S102: Value was not showing in the "Classification" column.
- Employee Information - HRS_R007: "Date of Birth" was showing in "Hijri" instead of "Gregorian" in the report.
