Enhancements

  • Detail Payslip: The "Days Worked" field has been changed to "Days/Hours Worked."
  • Daily Attendance: After rejoining, the old records of rejoined employees have been shown on the screen.
  • DATABASE WORK - Database Work: A column titled "Entry Type" has been created, containing values such as contribution, withdrawal, repay, profit, and loss. These values have been sourced from the set language combo list.
  • List of Leave Detail - Leave Status Detail: In the screen, "Advance Salary" and "Medical Certificate Attached" have been shown only for the leaves where applicable.
  • OverTimeApproval.aspx - Over Time Approval: In the "Shift Timing" popup window, the "Attend Day" column has been displayed with a 3-letter representation (e.g., Mon, Tue, Wed) concatenated with all date fields, adhering to the preferred format: "20-09-2023 Mon".
  • Default.apx - Dashboard: The "SMART ESS ANNOUNCEMENT" widget has been added, mirroring the functionality of the HCM ANNOUNCEMENT widget.
  • Apply Leave - Apply Leave: On the screen, "Advance Salary" and "Medical Certificate Attached" have been displayed exclusively for the applicable leaves.
  • List of Leave Detail - Leave Status Detail: On the screen, the "From Date" and "To Date" fields have been updated to concatenate the weekday names with a 3-letter representation (e.g., Mon, Tue, Wed) in the preferred format: "20-09-2023 Mon".
  • Daily Attendance - Daily Attendance Screen: The "Attend Date" field has been added to the attendance record view panel, facilitating easy identification of the date for the currently viewed record.
  • Daily Attendance - Daily Attendance Screen: The "Request Types" validation has been updated. Specific conditions for employees to apply are no longer shown or enabled under particular request types.
  • Daily Attendance - Daily Attendance Screen: The Days column, displaying day names (Sat, Sun, Mon, etc.), has been provided on the screen.

Fixed Issues

  • Apply Leave - Apply Leave: In the leave type option, for leaves that did not have a balance, the 'Y' or 'N' value was displayed in the 'balance field.' This was applied to special leaves, leaves without pay, official work, and annual leave hours.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: The Default Text was not displayed completely in the Display field.
  • GenerateRequest.aspx - Generate Request: "Generate Request: Forward button forwarded the Request even though mandatory fields were not filled."
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: 1) The time in the 'request date' and 'status and date' columns, as well as in the action history data, matched the time zone of the country using the system. 2) Furthermore, the date filters functioned accurately with respect to the time zone of the country.
  • GenerateRequest.aspx - Generate Request: "Generate Request: Forward button forwarded the Request even though mandatory fields were not filled."
  • Default.apx - Dashboard: The label spelling of "position" was incorrect.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: If any RMS request like 'Mark Manual' or 'Fill Missing' was generated from the "Daily Attendance" screen, then the screen was unresponsive and incomplete showed the action buttons in it.
  • Daily Attendance - Daily Attendance Screen: Any type of image format could not be attached with the request form for Overtime RMS while applying a request.
  • GenerateRequest.aspx - Generate Request: For overtime requests, proper validation was added in RMS. In the procedure, if the overtime was already in pending/approved/processing status, new requests were not allowed to be generated.
  • Apply Leave - Apply Leave: "Hijri Date" field was shown on the screen if the value was entered as "N" against the "DISPLAY_HIJRI_CALENDAR" Parameter in the "System Default" screen.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: The default value was not shown in Approve Request
  • List of Leave Detail - Leave Status Detail: In the "Manage Leave Request" section, weekday names (e.g., Mon, Tue, Wed) were displayed in the "From Date" and "To Date" fields on the screen.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: If an employee was set in the workflow structure from the "Define Workflow" screen and also given the rights of any specific request from the "Request Rights Setup" screen, then: a) in the "Manage Request" screen, this specific request showed twice to this employee. b) Due to this issue, the rights of the workflow structure were not working properly
  • ListIssue.aspx - List of support tickets: 1) When a user wanted to see "List of Tickets" through Dashboard alert, the "List of support Tickets" screen was opened but showed empty data. 2) When a user wanted to see "List of Tickets" through the Menu, the "List of support Tickets" screen was opened but showed empty data. After clicking on the 'Search' button, it showed data.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: When a user gave rights to other employees for "Process" requests, RMS Requests were not showing in "Manage Request", and the request was not showing in the 'Request Type' filter.
  • GenerateRequest.aspx - Generate Request: Pressing the down arrow key was removed the data in the Reason field.
  • MAIN - Portal Main Page: In the "My Approval" widget, the "Leave" alert was not showing if the "Department" was set as "Supervisor" in the "Define Workflow" screen
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: In the manage request screen, the "Status By" field was changed from "Text" to "Combo Box", and users could use the search functionality in the combo box.
  • Send Mobile App. Notification - SendMobileApp.Notification.aspx: The screen was not working properly. The system was not sending notifications to all selected users.
  • OverTimeApproval.aspx - Over Time Approval: No data was hitting the overtime approval screen when we rejected any RMS integration request for overtime (ESS).
  • GenerateRequest.aspx - Generate Request: When the user attempted to save any request, an error was displayed: 'Save failed due to object object.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: If an employee was set as an "Assign Authority" against any "Active Employee," and they were also set as a "Second Last Approving Level" and "Final Approving Level" on that level, then when this employee tried to "Approve" any request, the system showed the wrong error message "Supervisor not defined" on the screen and also got stuck.
  • EmployeeWiseRoster.aspx - Employee Wise Roster: The searching and sorting options were provided in the combo list of time slot selection.
  • MonthlyTimeSheetApproval.aspx - Monthly Time Sheet Approval: The system was not displayed the approved "Overtime" records when the user "Approves" the record on this screen. However, the system was not showing approved overtime records until the user ran the Payroll Process.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: 1) The label name was changed from "Employee Id" to "Requested By" in the filter panel. 2) The "Requested By" field was changed from "Text" to "Combo Box" in the filter panel. 3) The "Status By" field was changed from "Text" to "Combo Box".
  • OverTimeApproval.aspx - Over Time Approval: It was renamed to "Rejected."
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: The system did not remove time from the "Time" field, instead showing "NaN" in the field.
  • GenerateRequest.aspx - Generate Request: When a user applied attendance adjustment from ESS, after submitting the request, an error was displayed as "Save failed due to object object."
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: When a user applied to fill missing attendance via the daily attendance screen or the generate request screen, the attendance information panel became visible on the manage request screen after the request was submitted.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: After applying "Fill missing" in which "Check-in" was missed from the "Daily Attendance" screen, if the Forwarder and Approver did not edit the "Check-out" field, then an error was generated upon approval.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: 1) In ESS, the 'Manage Request' didn't show data. 2) There was a date filter that restricted the date range, allowing a maximum span of two months. This filter included both 'From' and 'To' date options.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: On the "Manage Request" screen, when the details of the request were open, remarks for the attendance adjustment were not visible.
  • PowerBIReports.aspx - Power BI Reports: The Power BI payroll report was not being refreshed due to the large amount of data.
  • Apply Leave - Apply Leave: When a user applied for leave, an "ORA-01422 Alert" error was displayed.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: On opening the "Manage Request" screen, the requests were not refreshing properly.
  • GenerateRequest.aspx - Generate Request: When we generated any "fill missing" or "mark manual" request from the RMS, the real existing data should have been shown when the request was sent to the forwarder and approver. This functionality was similar to the block we provided in RMS attendance integrations.
  • Apply Leave - Apply Leave : 1) When the user opened the calendar to select dates for applying leaves, it no longer displayed today's date by default. 2) When the user selected the "date from" field twice or after selecting a date from this section, the section got stuck and did not open again.
  • Attendance Adjustment - Attendance Adjustment : When 3 or 4 employees were using the attendance adjustment screen at the same time and adjusting employees' records, the screen often got stuck and became very slow. This issue needed to be checked and resolved as soon as possible.
  • IndividualTimeSheetAdvanced.aspx - Individual Time Sheet (Advanced): For single-day multiple check-in/out records, whether TOIL or overtime is approved, the approved records in the sheet were showing multiple times.
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: The filters were not working correctly.
  • Attendance Adjustment - Attendance Adjustment: Users could only delete attendance from the table section on the attendance adjustment screen. Even after granting deletion rights in the supervisory control setup screen, there were no delete options in the details section for attendance adjustments.
  • OverTimeApproval.aspx - Over Time Approval: "Day" name was supposed to be shown in the Attend Date column in the Shift Timing window.
  • GenerateRequest.aspx - Generate Request: When a user wanted to generate a request against any type of 'Overtime' request, the error message "Save Failed due to [object Object]" was displayed, and the 'Overtime' request was not applied.
  • Late/Early Departure Approval - Late/Early Departure: Weekday names were required to be concatenated in the "Attend Date" field with a 3-letter representation (e.g., Mon, Tue, Wed) on the screen. The preferred format was as follows: "20-09-2023 Mon".
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: 1)By default, the system showed the "Two Months" date range in the date filters ("Request From Date" / "Request To Date") when opening the screen. 2)The system did not allow the user to delete the "Date" from any "Date" field in the "Filter" panel. 3)The system did not allow the user to select a date range of more than "Two Months".
  • ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: The data of the Information field was not displaying.
  • PivotTableReporting.aspx - Pivot Table Reporting: When we opened this screen and selected any data by entering "Design mode" and selecting "job information" >> "job_basic_salary", the option of "apply" and 'cancel' was showing and truncating. Additionally, the extra space and extra scrollbar on the screen were removed to match the provided HCM "Pivot reporting tool" screen.
