Enhancement

• Late & Early Departure Approval - Late & Early Departure Approval: "Late and Early Departure" approval should work properly as per approved "Short Leave".

• General - General Work: Incorporate the impact of "Language Translation" mechanism properly in the "ESS" application. Currently, "Emails" are not receiving due to "Language Translation" mechanism is missing.

• General - General Work: System should show "Short Leave" (Hourly based leave) in correct "Attendance Date" in all relevant Screens and Reports. Also, system should show multi "Short Leave" (Hourly based leave) in the "Remarks" Column of the "Daily Attendance" screen and related "Reports".

• All News - All News: Created the new screen namely "All News" and it will be opened when the user will click on the "View more ..." link.

• List of Leave Detail - Leave Status Detail "التفاصيل الإجازة": "Short Leave" (Hourly based leave) should work properly for "Night Shift" (Two Date Shift) too. Currently it is not working properly. Also, changing in “Hours Requested” on "Approving / Forwarding" should change the correct “Date To” and “Time To”.

• Dashboard - Dashboard: System should show the "Provisional Result" in the "Appraisal" Widget as per this "Show Provisional Result on ESS Widget" parameter.

• Over Time Approval - Over Time Approval: Provide the “No round” option by default. Currently, “15 Minutes” is set as by default in “OT Round” field.

• Daily Attendance Screen - Daily Attendance: Provide the value of "Extra Hours" column in two decimal places. Currently, it is showing in one decimal place only.

• Admin News Screen - Admin News: Provided the customization in the Screen. (Changed the design of the screen and resolved the issues related with this screen)

• General - General Work: Provide to mark “Not-Applicable” in "Objective", "Performance" and "Personal Appraisal". "Result" will not take impact of “Not Applicable”.

• List of Leave Detail - Leave Status Detail "التفاصيل الإجازة": Multiple "Short Leaves" (Hourly based leave) will be allowed in single date. However, conflict will not be allowed.

• Attendance Summary - Summary for Attendance: "Count" and "Hours" of "Short Leave" should show correctly in the Screen.

Fixed Issues

• General - General Work: Emails are not sending on some networks such as when using "Wateen" network and when using "FiberLink" network emails are sending.

• List of Leave Detail - Leave Status Detail "التفاصيل الإجازة": "Leave Balance" is not updating after "Cancellation / Rejection" of the "Leave".

• Apply Leave - Apply Leave "طلب إجازة": When pressing the "No" button of the "Request submitted successfully. Do you want to Apply another leave?" message on the Screen then system should open the "Home" Page. Currently, "Login" Page opens instead of "Home" Page.

• Create Ticket - Create Ticket/Issue "نشاء تذكرة": When pressing the "Submit" button then an Error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." is appearing.

• Forgot Password - Forgot Password (نسيت كلمة المرور): Change the message text from "An Authentication code has been sent to" to "An Email/SMS has been sent having Authentication Code." (which is showing on the Screen when the user pressing "Send" button after entered data of "CNIC" and "Employee Id"). Also, change the hint on the text field from "Activation Code" to "Authentication Code". Also, if both options (Email/SMS) are not available then the message (popup window) should be shown on the Screen like "Email/SMS settings are not defined. Please contact Administrator.". Also, if there is one of "Email" or "SMS" option is available to send, there is no warning message should be displayed.

• General - General Work: Design of some screens are not proper in the ESS application. Resolve all the design issues in whole ESS application.

• Over Time Approval - Over Time Approval: Overtime Approval (ESS) showing Error message when pressing the “Approve” button having large text in the "Remarks" field.

• Apply Leave - Apply Leave "طلب إجازة": When the user entering value like "0900" then system is showing the value in correct format on the "Time From" field like "09:00" and when the user entering value like "09:0" then the system not taking more than three digits if he enter ":" Colon with the digits and user unable to enter value on the "Time From" field.

• List of Leave Detail - Leave Status Detail "التفاصيل الإجازة": Showing double digit in "Time To" column if the "Hours Requested" in "2" Decimal.

• Leave Report - Leave Card Report: “Show PDF” is showing "Crystal Report" instead of "PDF Report".

• General - General Work: First show the “Show Report” and then “Show PDF” buttons in all reports. Also buttons size should be similar.

• General - General Work: System should show the "Date" and "Time" as per the "Time Zone - GMT" mechanism in whole application (where applicable).

• INBOX - Communication System Inbox: The font is coming different at the receiver end, meaning font is changing when receiving the message (Heading 1, Heading 2 and Heading 3 size are showing larger than in received message).

• Admin News - Admin News: When the user add new "News" and move the cursor on the "Display Start Date" field and pressing the "Close" button of the "Add News" window without save the record then the "Calendar" and the message "Please fill out this field" are showing on the "Admin News" main screen always.

• Apply Leave - Apply Leave "طلب إجازة": "Leave Messages" are not showing properly like "Date" is showing in the "Hijri" instead of "Gregorian".

• List of Appraisal - List of Appraisal: In the "Filter" panel, change the ordering of the data in the "Status" Combo list as given below: 1. In Progress 2. Appraisal Done 3. Appraisee Comments Done 4. Appraisal Closed

• List of Appraisal - List of Appraisal: Change the name from "Appraisal Summary" to "Appraisal Result" and from "Appraisal Detail" to "Appraisal Done" in the Drop Down list which will open when the user will click on the "View" button.

• List of Appraisal - List of Appraisal: Change the name from "Fill Appraisal" to "Do Appraisal" in the Drop Down list which will open when the user will click on the "Action" button.

• List of Appraisal - List of Appraisal: Change the popup window name from "Appraisal Summary" to "Appraisal Result". Also, "Employee Id" and "Employee Name" should be shown with the "Appraisal Result" heading like [000132 - Kamran Ahmad Baig].

• List of Appraisal - List of Appraisal: In the "Do Appraisal" window, "Appraiser Comments" field only allow "200 Characters" in back end and in front end its allow unlimited so change field type with clob.

• List of Appraisal - List of Appraisal: In the "Appraisal Result" popup window, change the ordering of the fields as given below: 1. Geo. Location 2. Org. Location 3. Position 4. Plan 5. From Date 6. To Date 7. Appraisal Status 8. Appraisal Group"

• List of Appraisal - List of Appraisal: In the "Appraisal Result" popup window, highlight the "Appraiser Type" with their "Weight". Also, "Weight" should be shown with "%" sign like "Immediate Manager [80%]".

• List of Appraisal - List of Appraisal: When you click on "View" in the "Arabic" mode to choose the data from the list like "Appraisal Details" or "Appraisal Summary", it is clickable but the data is truncating.

• Apply Leave - Apply Leave "طلب إجازة": Remove all unsupported format from "Attachment" browse window like "*.rar" is showing while it is not supported format.

• Missing Attendance - Missing In/Out Attendance: When pressing the "Save" button after entering value of "Check-In" or "Check-Out" on the Screen then an Error message "Value was either too large or too small for an Int16." is appearing always.

• INBOX - Communication System Inbox: The "Date" of the "Messages" in Communication System is not showing properly in "Arabic" screen.

• INBOX - Communication System Inbox: The ordering of sentence does not come correct when writing in "Arabic" and in "English" in the same sentence then you send the message it does not come correct for the receiver. For example if you write : السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Ahmed كيف حالك when received it shows like: كيف حالك Ahmed .السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Moreover, same thing happens when you use any punctuation and when you insert "Numbered List", when received the alignment will come different.

• Tax Slip - Tax Slip: When there is no "Month" selected then "Show PDF" and "Show Report" buttons must be disabled in the report.

• Dashboard - Dashboard: In the "All Announcements" Widget: Latest five "News" will be shown (Descending Order). Displaying "News" depends on the "Display Date Range". Also, change the design of the "Image" icon. Also, if user selects multiple images against one news then the 1st selected image will be shown in the "Image" icon. Also, add the new link "View more ...". When the user will click on the link then the new screen namely "All News Detail" will be opened.
