This section defines Relationship Setup in SmartHCM.

Introduction
Using this setup, user can add all the relationship statuses. Inputting this detail, will show all relations in drop-down menu in corresponding screens. (For eg. Employee Information dependent information)
Screen Parameters
- Relation ID: An automated system generated ID.
- Description: Relation name.
- Gender: Define gender of relation.
- Active: Check the tick box to make it visible on corresponding screens.
