Perk Setup

In this section we define Employee Perk Setup in SmartHCM.

Introduction

Perks are various types of non-wage compensation provided to employees in addition to their normal wages or salaries.

This setup allows to set category wise perks.

For example

• Permanent Employees
• Contractual
• Location Base

These categories can be defined using Perk Category Setup.

Select the category from the drop-down menu (defined earlier in Perk Category Setup), add any additional perk to be provided to that category.
