This section defines Employee Separation screen in SmartHCM.

Introduction
At the time of employees leaving the company records are maintained of separation, this might include a separation interview, separation Checklist etc...
Screen Parameters
Select the resigned employee from upper panel.
To add the record of other resigned employee;
Input the details of the employee along with resignation date in the panel below, Remarks can be added as required.
