This section defines Employee Increment screen in SmartHCM.
Introduction
Refers to salary increment which could be based on annual, appraisal or any other special type.
Screen Details
Select the Increment No. for any existing increment.
To add any new increment select the 'Employee ID', corresponding details will be fetched by system.
In the panel below, input the new increment details that include effective date, fixed amount or rate and remarks for increment.
