  • New feature that is Multiple file attachment now available in the Request for Leave page. User can attach the file in "PDF, JPG, PNG and GIF" formats
  • New feature for Additional Information Fields now available in the Employee Information page. Now user can add more then one field for additional information that SmartHCM not catered
  • Now one more method has been provided for Mobile Registration that is "Device ID". Previously system was working on IMEI. Now user can define both as per Mobile device
  • New design for Login page where the Client Logo, Partner Logo, Hosted Company Logo will be available

Enhancement

32686 - Salary Sheet(PAY_R004)
- 1. Provide multi select filter like copy record button to choose ADCODE to be shown in Salary sheet.

2. Provide option button which should have “All Allowance/Deduction” and “Selected Allowance Deduction”.

3. If user will chose the “All Allowance/Deduction” then salary sheet will be displayed as it is like showing now.

4. If user will chose the “Selected Allowances Deduction” then ADCODE filter panel will be enabled to choose ADCODE

36261 - Bank and Branches(SET_S003)
- Provide the new panel beside the Branches depended panel with following fields. It will be the depended block of Bank.

- Show the translation if select the English language, currently it is blocked system showing the translation other then the English language.

If user set the Application language English then show all the labels in English if English Translation have been provided in this screen. If English translation not available then show the Default translation.

English Language also would be available to change labels

- Following customization will be required in the Employee Information - HRS_R007 Report:

- Report Specific Parameters Form:

1. Increase the Employee Name Field Size.

2. Add the new Parameter Tabs Combo Box. In this Combo Box, all Tabs of Employee Information Screen should be shown with the Check Box.

3. Add the new Parameter Page Break Combo Box. In this Combo Box, Yes and No value should be shown.

- Report:

1. Just below the Header of the Report, following Columns must be shown:

- Employee Id - Employee Name - Geo. Location - Org. Location - Category - Grade - Employee Type - Employee Status

2. If the user selects any Tab and/or all Tabs to view data then block(s) of that Tab or all Tabs should be shown in the Report.

3. Otherwise, records should be shown row by row (Grid wise) if user selects value No from the Page Break Combo Box.

Note: All Fields of all Tabs should be shown in the Report.

2. In grid panel should also provide the attachment as a link when click on it then show all the attachment in viewer.

32121 - Employee Increment(HRS_S020)
- 1- Add combo Increment Type which have values (Special Increment,Annual Increment,Appraisal Increment).

2- All Records must show in this screen including record generated from Appraisal Increment.

3- Also add new field that will reference to Appraisal Advice Increment.

32023 - Employee Information(HRS_S185)
- Employee information screen-what is the function of delete button in the screen. it is not deleting the autorize record and donot show enable after saving record

24295 - Annual Leave Entitlement(HRS_S041)
- If Leave Carried Forward limit is set Limited then Frequency Leave not work properly.Leave Balance issues in case of Frequency base/Carried Forward combination. All other entitlement/balance issues. Show balance like debit/credit etc.

31711 - Leave Balance(HRS_S033)

- 1. When open the Edit window at the time of Add new record then the Appraiser Type Field should be shown Blank in the Appraisers Setting Tab. Currently, -ve value is showing on the Field.

2. When open the Edit window at the time of Add new record then the Appraisal Type Field should be shown Blank in the Appraisal Type Setting Tab. Currently, -ve value is showing on the Field.

- 1. Functionality of Description Box for the Message Field should be as per Standard. 2. When enter the record and pressing the Save button of Editing window then Location Id is showing on the Row instead of Location Name. 3. Increase the width of two Columns named Employee Type and Round At.

31667 - Employee Retiring Between(HRS_R001)
- 1. Some Employees record are showing multiple times in the Report. 2. Change the Columns Name from Employee ID to Employee Id and from Retire.Date to Retirement Date. 3. If the Name of any Employee and Geo Location is big then it should not overlap with the Row Line.

33401 - Job Information(HRS/HRS_S163)
- After Edit the record, Delete button should be Hide or Disabled.

33243 - Employee Information(HRS_S185)
- Shift combo is not going to second page

35001 - Employee Information(HRS_S185)
- Data is not saving in the Employee Name Translation Panel when the user pressing the Save button of the 2nd Panel. After Save the record when the user enter Employee Name in this Panel then system is allowing to Save the Record.

36162 - Salary Sheet(PAY_R004)
- Report Specific Parameters Form Issues:

1. Reset button should work properly on all Fields. AD Codes, Employee and Payment Mode Fields should be shown Blank and Month and Year Field should be shown Latest Payroll Month and Print Option Field should be shown Custom value and Group By Field should be shown None.

2. Change the Combo Box Name from Ad Codes to AD Codes.

3. By Default, Current Payroll Month should be shown on both Fields of Month and Year.

4. In the AD Codes Combo Box, data should be shown like A01 - Basic and should be shown in Alphabetical Order. Also, Three extra Values should be added in the AD Codes Combo Box like Total Allowance, Total Deduction and Net Total.

Note: All Allowances, Deduction, Overtime, Fund, Loan, etc. Codes should be shown in the Combo Box.

5. Print Option Combo Box should be shown above the Group By Combo Box. Hide the Infinite value from the Combo Box. Show the correct Value Name from Custom 11 X 8 to as discussed.

6. The new value None will be added in the Group By Combo Box. For Custom 11 X 8 Print Option, None will be shown automatically and for other values of Print Option, Geographic should be shown automatically.

7. System should allow the user to remove the value from the Employee Combo Box directly. Employee Name Field should be Display-Only Field.

8. Deselect All Button should be shown on the Payment Mode Combo Box same like AD Codes Combo Box.

Report Issues:

9. If the user run the Report only on single Payroll Month then no need to show the Payroll Month Column in the Report.

10. If the user run the Report on multiple Payroll Months then the Payroll Month Column would be shown in the Report.

31713 - Leave Balance(HRS_S033)
- Employee ID 000111 Annual leave total is 25 but it should be show total annual leave 22.5

31689 - Employee Increment List(HRS_R018)
- Employee increment List Report Data is available but is not showing data.

31725 - User Profile(SEC_S007)
- Employee ID should be selected in Combo and Employee name should be displayed when selected Employee From Combo. Lower panel is not showing data grid in laptop resolution. Panel headings are not given

- 1. When the user open the Geo Location Combo Box then a Run Time Server Error message is showing on the Screen.

2. Replace the Fields position in the Job Requirement Panel like Geo Location Field should be shown on the position of Org. Location Field and Org. Location Field should be shown on the position of Geo Location Field.

3. If the user not select value from Geo Location Combo Box then Org. Location Combo should not be opened. Also, related data should be shown in the Org. Location Combo Box what user selected in the Geo Location Combo Box.

4. Period From and Period To should be shown in same Row.

5. Age From and Age To should be shown in different Columns.

6. Salary Option and Salary should be shown in same Row.

7. When the user selecting the Range Radio button in the Salary Option then Alignment of Salary Fields is not showing properly.
