Enhancements

• Period Wise Breakup Slots and Integration (Customization in "Time Office Management" Module)

We are pleased to announce significant enhancements to our system, focusing on *Period-Wise Breakup Slots and integration improvements. These updates streamline scheduling accuracy and calculations, offering greater flexibility and efficiency in managing *Time Slot setups and *Attendance reporting.

1. Time Slot Breakup Setup: In this new screen, users must define Period-Wise Breakups for scheduling Time Slots throughout the Year.

2. Time Slot: In this screen, the new Period Wise Breakup radio button option has been provided under the Define Breakup section. Allows users to apply predefined time breakup setups from the Time Slot Breakup Setup screen.

3. TOM Payroll Integration Setup: In this screen, the new Time Breakup Mapping grid panel has been provided to facilitate the mapping of Attendance IDs to specific breakup periods for accurate data extraction. It also enables seamless integration with attendance management, ensuring precise payroll processing.

• PAY_S017 - Monthly Data Upload: The new option "Employee Roster" has been added in the "Upload Type" combo box of the screen. Users have to "Select Upload Type" as "Employee Roster" and upload the "Excel File" then the system will update the roster in the "Employee wise Roster" screen.

• TOM_S029 - Overtime Approval: The overtime has been calculated/has not been calculated by the system if the "Overtime" check box is marked checked/unchecked in the "Payroll Parameters" screen.

• HRS_R065 - Appraisal Status – Appraiser Wise: The "Appraiser Type" parameter has been provided in the "Report Specific Parameters" panel. The report shows data according to the value selected from the "Appraiser Type" parameter.

• TOM_S011 - Late/Early Departure Approval: The "Geo. Location" and "Org. Location" combo boxes have been provided in the "Filter" panel. The screen shows data according to the value selected from these combo boxes.

• HRS_S185 - Employee Information: 1. The "Father Name" and "Spouse Name" fields have been added below the "Full Name" field. 2. The "Place Of Birth" field has been moved to the right side and below the "Date of Birth" field.

• HRS_S034 - Leave Request: While applying leave when the user has selected "Date from" for any leave type and the employee has been fully absent or has applied for leave for a future date, the "Date to" field and "Hours Requested" field has been automatically filled. Additionally, the user has been able to edit these fields as per their requirements.

• HRS_R060 - Employee Data Export: The "Father Name" and "Spouse Name" fields/columns have been added to the report.

• GEN - General Work: The name "Office Support Portal" has been changed to "Help Desk".

Fixed Issues

• HRS_RR50 - Applicant Information List: The "Group Parameters" panel was not working properly.

• HRS_R060 - Employee Data Export: The system was not generating the report and showed an error message on the "Report Parameters" screen.

• TOM_S014 - Overtime Approval: The "OT Round" filter did not work properly and did not update data in the Grid panel based on the selected value in this filter.

• RMS_S004 - Manage Request: On "Generate Request", the system was not restricted to the fields whose data type is "Time" to write and delete anything on it manually. Now, the user only selects "Time" from the drop-down and deletes the "Time" only from the "Cross" option.

• PAY_R010 - Payroll Overtime Records: 1. There was no hint against the employee combo box; "Select Employee" has been added as a hint for the employee combo box. 2. The "Select Employee" combo box has been moved above the "Select Overtime" combo box. 3. All combo boxes have been well aligned. 4. Searching has been done correctly against the "Select Employee" combo box.

• PAY_S020 - Payroll Process: The "Paging Bar" did not work. All pages showed the same data in the "Location" combo list.

• OSP_S006 - Status: The "Status Ordering" became "0" after saving it. The Ordering column did not function correctly.

• HRS_R060 - Employee Data Export: The view report function did not work and an error occurred while opening the record.

• TOM_S020 - Holiday Setup: The system took too much time to copy records when pressing the "Copy" button or the "Overwrite" button in the "Copy Records" popup window.

• HRS_R015 - Full and Final Settlement: In the "Report Parameters" panel, the system shows all (Unauthorized/Authorized) data in the "Resign No." combo box.

• HRS_S034 - Leave Request: The "how many allowed" feature was not working properly if it was defined in the "Leave Location Grade Setup" screen. The system was not restricting the user from applying for more leave than the specified amount in the specified duration.

• RMS_S004 - Manage Request: The "Close" button in the "History Details" section was not working.

• TOM_R013 - Overtime Approval Report: When we checked the "Required Monthly Overtime Approval" check box in the "Payroll Parameters" screen; the "Overtime Approval" report was not open.

• TOM_S010 - Attendance Adjustment: When a user unchecked the "Is Adjustable" check box, and there were "Absent Hours" present for that date, the system did not adjust the "Absent Hours" for that date.

• HRS_S023 - Leave Location Grade Setup: When the user wanted to copy leave from one grade to another, the leaves were not copied correctly.

• PAY_S013 - Employee Allowances and Deductions: The "Value" column was not allowed to accept "9" digits before the decimal and "2" digits after the decimal.

• HRS_S091 - Appraisal Attributes: 1. Data did not show in the "Attribute Category" combo box when there were too many attributes. The limit of this combo box has been increased, and pagination has been added with "15 Records" shown per page. 2. Searching was not working before in the "Attribute Category" combo box. 3. The "Attribute Category" combo box was not ordered previously in the "Alphabetical" order.

• TOM_S036 - Monthly Time Sheet Approval: When the user "Cancelled Approval" of the record, the detail panel of "Overtime Approval" was not removed.

• PAY_S008 - Overtime Location Grade Setup: The system took too much time to copy records when pressing the "Copy" button or "Overwrite" button in the "Copy Records" popup window. The child data (Dependent codes) was also not copied to the other location.

• HRS_S025 - Probation Confirmation: 1. When an employee was confirmed on the screen, the date was displayed incorrectly in the "Probation History" panel. The date has been corrected to show properly in both the "Probation History" panel and the "Employee Information" screen. 2. The "Probation Start Date" and "Probation End Date" were shown when the "Action" was "Confirm".
