Enhancement

• EmployeeWiseRoster.aspx - Employee Wise Roster: A view-only feature has been added to the employee's roster, enabling them to access it at any time. This will improve employee convenience and accessibility to their work schedule.

• EmployeeWiseRoster.aspx - Employee Wise Roster: A new feature has been added that allows supervisors to effectively manage rosters. With this enhancement, the scrolling of rosters will be frozen horizontally for multiple days, and vertically for employee IDs. This makes it easier for supervisors to make changes to the roster without losing track of important information.

• List of Leave Detail - Leave Status Detail "التفاصيل الإجازة": The previously labeled columns have been updated to "Days" and "Hrs", making it easier for users to understand the time units represented in the data.

• MAIN - Portal Main Page": A new feature has been implemented in this release that in the "My Balances" widget leave balances will not be displayed until it is allowed for apply, based on the defined 'No of months' in the 'leave request setting' screen.

• ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request": Final approval of RMS integration has been done with its complete effect.Some of its general steps that will be followed are:

1.User has to create first the setup of relevant request in the HCM screen of "Request Type Setup" which he want to associate with RMS integration.

2.Then user has to deifine all the request rights in the HCM screen of "Requset Right Setup" for the specific RMS integrated request.

3.Then user has to define all the mandatory paramaeters in HCM screen of "Request Right Setup" i.e Attendance date,check-in and check-out.

4.Finally a user has to click on 'process' of that particular request to perform the RMS integration process.

Fixed Issues

• ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: System was taking too much time to load data in the screen.

• Apply Leave - Apply Leave "طلب إجازة": PCL Leave without certificate was not working.

• Apply Leave - Apply Leave "طلب إجازة": The user was unable to see their leave balances in leave balance widgets and also was unable to any apply leave.

• List of Tickets Detail - List of Ticket Detail: Office Support Portal attachments were neither downloading nor viewing. Also on downloading or viewing "Invalid ID" an error was showing.

• Create Ticket - Create Ticket/Issue: There was an issue while creating a ticket from the Office Support Portal in ESS. On submission,an error was coming "Integrity constraint violated -parent key not found".

• MAIN - Portal Main Page: Status "2 Hours Left" was showing wrong, now it will show correctly "On Leave" on the Employee Leave Status widget.

• IndividualTimeSheetStandard.aspx - Individual Time Sheet (Standard): when we set value of 31 in "Pay Day" column of screen "Payroll groups" then in the report the date was showing wrong.

• Apply Leave - Apply Leave "طلب إجازة": The employee leave balance was not showing up in the widget when their status was confirmed.

• Daily Attendance - Daily Attendance Screen: The screen was showing absent status for an off day while check-in and check-out had been marked.

• IndividualTimeSheetAdvanced.aspx - Individual Time Sheet (Advanced): when we set value of 31 in "Pay Day" column of screen "Payroll groups" then in report the date was showing wrong.

• ListOfAppraisal.aspx - List of Appraisal: Appraisal By Combo was not showing "Appraisal by" sometime when coming on this screen by clicking on Appraisal Result. Also sometimes not showing all Appraisers in this combo.

• Forgot Password - Forgot Password: If "Use Password Complexity" check is marked against any user then complexity rules were not shown to that user.

• OverTimeApproval.aspx - Over Time Approval: When a user presses "Approve Overtime" button then an error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." was showing on the screen.

• ManageRequest.aspx - Manage Request: When a user was trying to approve any request then the system was taking too much time to approve the record.

• MAIN - Portal Main Page: "Refresh" button was not showing on every widget of the Home screen.

• Leave Report - Leave Requests and Balances: The report in ESS was not showing leave balances for the team.

• MAIN - Portal Main Page: On the "My Approval" widget, it was showing only one "Leave Request" alert but after clicking on it the Manage Leave Request screen was showing more than one request or not showing any record sometimes.

• Appraisal Result - Appraisal Result: "Result Classification" was not showing just below the "Status" with every Appraiser in the Appraiser block.

• Daily Attendance - Daily Attendance Screen: Data related to attendance was not showing correctly in ESS Portal.

• GenerateRequest.aspx - Generate Request: When we mistakenly insert 12:00 am and then remove it 12::00 from both the fields check-in/checkout in generating request through ess it was still sending request with 12:00am entry.

• List of Leave Detail - Leave Status Detail "التفاصيل الإجازة": "Approved Hours" was showing "0.5" instead of ".5".

• OverTimeApproval.aspx - Over Time Approval: Same date of overtime was showing multiple times in the "Approved Overtime" grid.
