- Employee Information: Access to complete employee profiles, including contact details, device information and job information.
- Check-in/Checkout: Allows employees to clock in and out from their mobile devices, helping organizations keep track of their attendance and working hours.
- Lock: To lock an account in order to prevent further access. The locked account will be unable to log in or access the SmartHCM mobile app dashboard until the lock is removed by the administrator.
- Sync Data: Allows the app to synchronize or exchange data between the mobile device and the central HR system.
- Pending Offline: Allows employees to check in and check out when they do not have an internet connection.
- Attendance Location: Allows administrators to define the locations where employees are able to check in and check out.
- Face Recognition: To verify the identity of employees when they clock in and out using the check-in and checkout feature.
