Introduction

This screen is grid based and it used to define the "Attributes" against each selected "Position" and "Attribute Type". Basically, every "Position" may have different attributes w.r.t "Attribute Type" (Personal, Performance). For example: "Technical Knowledge" attribute is applicable for "Software Engineer" position but this attribute is not applicable for "Security Guard" position.

The screen has following two panels (Query and Grid).

In the query panel :

  1. Position: This combo box is used to select the "Position" for query and/or define the attributes.
  2. Attribute Type: This combo box is used to select the "Attribute Type" for query and/or define the attributes.

In the grid panel :

  1. Attribute: This combo box is used to select the "Attribute" against the selected "Position" and "Attribute Type". It is mandatory field.
  2. Weight: This field is text field and it is mandatory also. User will enter "Weight" against selected "Attribute". Basically, weight is the value or importance of attribute against the selected "Position" when compared with another "Position".
  3. Command Column: It has following action buttons. ActionButtons.JPG (Delete, Edit, Authorize)
