Introduction

This window is the heart of Human Resource module. It lets you create jobs for your employees, re-organize vacant jobs and see the history of job transfers if there is any.

Job Information

Job Information First Panel

Job Information Top Panel
  • Job Id: In this dropdown you can look up existing jobs to re-configure them.
  • Employment Type: Shows the Employment Type you selected while creating the job.
  • Job Status: When you first create a job, its status will be Vacant by default, if it is assigned to any employee, its status will be Busy.
  • Employee Id: If this job is associated with any employee in Employee Information , then that employee Id will appear.
  • Employee Name: The name of employee with who this job is associated.
  • Position: Position of the job.
  • Employee Basic Pay: Defined at the time of creating a job.
  • Joining Date: Joining date of this job.
  • Employee Type: Employee Type you selected while creating the job.
