Face Recognition Protocol

  • Ensure proper lighting conditions and avoid backlighting or harsh shadows.
  • Position your face within the frame as prompted by the application.
  • Ensure your face is not covered, and the camera can capture your complete face clearly.
  • Ensure that your camera remains in a static position. Any vibrations or motion detected by the camera may result in an error message.
  • Upon successful recognition, your attendance will be marked automatically, and a confirmation message will be displayed.

Troubleshooting

  • If you encounter any difficulties during the enrollment or attendance marking process, please ensure that:
Ensure that your environment has sufficient lighting for face recognition.
Your face is positioned within the frame as instructed by the application.
  • If the face recognition process gets stuck at any stage, try clearing the cache or data from the application settings.
  • In case of persistent issues, contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Security and Privacy

  • Your facial biometric data will only be used for attendance tracking purposes within the application and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.
