38817 - Dashboard(Dashboard)
- Updated the Main Menu and provided the new field "Menu searching" on the top panel where currently the Menu button is available and Removed the Menu button as provided in Release Patch 4.0.1.0

38959 - Letter Tag Setup(HRS_S129)
- Added the new TAG function GET_EMPLOYEE_TEMP_CITY, it will show the Temporary city from Employee Address. Updated the function GET_EMP_ADDRESS handle the effective null data and added row nummber condition to show only one record if more then one records

38603 - Employee Information(HRS_S185)
- Provided the Marriage Date and it will be optional

38108 - General Work(GEN)
- Incorporate Perk new customization - Perk Category Setup (New) - Perk Setup (Changes) - Perk Location Grade setup (New) - Perk Grade wise setup (Remove) - Employee Perk (Changes)

Bug/Issues Fixes

38718 - Employee Data Export(HRS_R060)
- When export the report then some Headers of the Columns are not the same as the ones shown in SmartHCM Application in Arabic language. It is showing in the export Report like RD, SRLN, FUNAEN, etc. but in SmartHCM Application, it is showing correct in Arabic language.

38760 - Fund Slab Wise Location Grade(PAY_S053)
- Duplicate data is showing when select the first record from Grade with any Location and any Status and any Fund. For other Grades the data are showing correct.

38819 - User Profile(SEC_S007)
- After changing the Location Access and Save then system changing the Password.

38521 - Letter Template(HRS_S128)
- "1. Searcing is not working in the "Select Letter Id" Combo Box. 2. Data in the "Select Letter Id" Combo Box should be shown as per the "Letter Id" Ascending Order."

38679 - Payroll Process(PKG_PAYROLL_PROCESS)
- If an Employee have multiple Loan Skip installment then Payroll process giving the error and unable to generate the Payroll for all employees

38758 - Employee Information(HRS_S185)
- Employee Information - when press amend, system change the status to continue from dismiss (discontinue). If user press save button then “continue” will be updated.

38857 - Overtime Approval Report(TOM_R013)
- Remove the group on "Time Slot" and show the "Time Slot" in the grid. Show the overtime in two breakup "Before" and "After" Should show the selected Employee now system is showing all Employees either select one Employee

38942 - Skip Installment(PAY_S031)
- When trying to open the Skip No. Combo Box or to open the Employee Combo Box and/or to open the Loan No. Combo Box then a Runtime Server Error message String was not recognized as a valid DateTime. is appearing always.

38718 - Employee Data Export(HRS_R060)

- If separate the employee in previous date then system just saving the record and authorize the record but Employee remain continue status

38542 - Employee Information(HRS_S185)
- "1. In the Dependents Tab, increase the width of Column "Dependent Name". Currently, complete name of Column is not showing on the Screen. 2. In the Dependents Tab, increase the width of column "Address". 3. In the Address Tab, increase the width of Column "Permanent / Temporary". Currently, complete name of Column is not showing on the Screen. 4. In the Address Tab, Paging Bar should be shown in the "City" Combo Box as per Standard and it should be worked properly. 5. In the Referee Tab, Paging Bar should be shown in the "City" Combo Box as per Standard and it should be worked properly. 6. In the Referee Tab, increase the width of columns "Referee Name" and "Address". "

38798 - General Work(GEN)
- -In Arabic Interface Calender icon not showing. -height of dropdown and field label should be equal

38619 - Salary Sheet(PAY_R004)
- Translation mechanism of the values named Net Total, Total Deduction and Total Payment in the AD Codes Combo Box of Salary Sheet Report is not available in the SmartHCM Application.

38759 - Allowance Deduction Location Grade Setup(PAY_S006)
- Copy Record button window is not showing 2nd page records in Allowance list box, so 2nd page records cannot be copied.

38523 - Loc Letter wise(Hrs_s187)
- "1. Searcing is not working in the "Select Letter Id" Combo Box. 2. Data in the "Select Letter Id" Combo Box should be shown as per the "Letter Id" Ascending Order. 3. In the "Letter Tag" Panel, "Tag Name" Column should be Display-Only field when Add the record. 4. In the "Letter Tag" Panel, "Tag Name" Column should be shown in b/w "Tag Id" Column and "Tag Description" Column."

38799 - Letter Report(HRS_R051)
- Report Data are not showing for resigned employees

38697 - Bank Advise(PAY_R026)
- For this bank مصرف الإنماء doesn't show all Employees in the Report for all Three Accounts under it.

38981 - Pay-Slip(PAY_R022)
- Alignment of Data is not showing properly in the Report. Data of "Rate" and "Amount" are overlapping with each other.
