This Section defines Skill Setup in SmartHCM

Introduction

Allows user to define Skills, User can select 'Skill' from a drop-down menu in SmartHCM corresponding screens e.g Employee Information.

Multiple Skills can be added in drop-down menus using Skill Setup

• Skill ID: An Auto-generated system ID
• Description: Add skill Name or its description
• Active : Tick the box to view the skill in corresponding screens.
