This section defines Employee Promotion screen in SmartHCM.

Introduction
Advancement in level and position of employee's job. Promotion may be on basis of performance, advanced qualification or as per organizational policies.
Screen Parameters
Promotion No: A drop-down menu shows all the reference numbers of promotions.
To Promote a employee, select employee ID from drop-down menu.
Select the effective date, new Position and Grade for employee.
