This section defines Employee Job Change screen in SmartHCM.

Introduction
Employee job duties are changed to diversify employee skills and make them an effective contributor. Corporations analyze their employee's strengths and place them in the right departments, job change might be required to develop employee's managerial skills or place an individual where he/she can contribute more efficiently & effectively.
Screen Parameters
To view previous job changes, select employee from the drop-down menu.
To change Job
Select Employee Name from the drop down, the existing information will automatically be fetched.
Assign New job Information and location detail for new job.
Saving the record will shift the employee to the new job.
