Enhancement

  • Request Type Setup - RMS_S001: Create the new setup screen in the "Setup" folder of the "Request Management System" module.
  • Request Fields Setup - RMS_S002: Create the new setup screen in the "Setup" folder of the "Request Management System" module.
  • Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003: Create the new setup screen in the "Setup" folder of the "Request Management System" module.
  • Request Records - RMS_S004: Create the new transaction screen in the "Request Management System" module.
  • Request Fields Setup - RMS_S002: In the "Translation" panel, mechanism of "Hint" translation should be incorporated with "Field" label translation.
  • Missing In/Out Time - TOM_S010: Redesign the "Missing In/Out Time" screen and also merge the functionality of "Manual Attendance" screen into this screen.
  • Request Fields Setup - RMS_S002: Restrict the user to add multiple records in the middle panel related with "Attachment" Data Type. System should allow the user to select "Attachment" Data Type one time only.
  • Notification Calendar - ESS_S001: Incorporate the "Language" translation mechanism against all the "Tags" which are related with "Request Management System (RMS)" module.

Fixed Issues

  • General - General Work: Wrong message is showing in the "Loading" window while doing "Favorite" any screen and "Un-favorite" any screen.
  • Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003: In all dependent Tabs, design of "Add" button is not w.r.t. application standards except "Employee wise Rights" tab.
  • Payroll Process - PAY_S020: Wrong error message is showing when run the "Payroll Process" instead of correct message after entering the record in the "Payroll Overtime Records" screen.
  • Request Type Setup - RMS_S001: On last node, if request is generated using this and user wants to add more childern under it, wrong message is appearing.
  • Menu Sequence - SEC_S003: Screen is not working. When the user moves one screen from one folder to another folder and pressing the "Refresh" button then that screen is showing again in previous folder. Also, check the "Restore Default Sequence" button should work properly.
  • Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003: "Forward", "Reject" and "Approve" should be removed from "Rights For" combo box; also from "Copy Record" window.
  • Request Records - RMS_S004: 1. "Request Type" combo box should be shown hierarchical and data w.r.t ordering in the "Generate Request" screen. 2. "Request Type" combo box should be shown hierarchical and data w.r.t ordering in the Filter Panel. 3. Remove the "Title Bar" from the Query Panel of the Screen. 4. Alignment of "Generate Request" button is not proper. 5. Change the Field Name from "Status by" to "Status By" in the Filter Panel. 6. Colon (:) should be shown with all Labels in the Filter Panel. 7. Rearrange the Fields in the Filter Panel. 8. Alignment of "Search" and "Reset" buttons is not proper. 9. Links which are showing when clicks the "Action" button should be shown Left Aligned in English mode and should be shown Right Aligned in Arabic mode. 10. Change the CSS of "Action" button, "Workflow" button and "Employee Info" button. 11. Correct the spelling of "Process" in the "Action" button. Currently it is showing "Proccess". 12. Correct the spelling of "Reference Id" in the "Workflow" window. Currently it is showing "Refrence Id". Also, change the window title from "Workflow" to "Workflow Detail". 13. In the Detail, Request Type hierarchy is showing like : "\Items Request\Mouse" instead of showing like "Items Request\Mouse". 14. Correct the spelling of "hierarchy" in the Detail Panel. Currently it is showing "heirarchy". 15. Icons and Images are not showing properly in the "Attachments" Panel. 16. When we click on "+" sign to view the "Request Detail" then a "Loader" is showing screen while the data is being retrieved from server but icon of the "Loader" is missing.
  • Employee Objectives - HRS_S096: Increase the “Target” and “Achievement” field length in "Appraisal" module. Currently, 4 digits are allowed in “Target” and "Achievement" fields. (Resolve the issue in "HCM" and "ESS" applications both).
  • Request Records - RMS_S004: "Email" is not generating against "Forward Request Notification".
  • Request Records - RMS_S004: When we click on "+" sign to view the "Request Detail" then a "Loader" should be shown on the screen while the data is being retrieved from server.
  • Notification Calendar - ESS_S001: 1. The [Recipient_Name] tag is reflecting wrong "User Name" against the "Specific Criteria" recipient in the "Assign Authority Notification" notification type. 2. The [Pending_Request_Detail] tag is not working against the "Assign Authority" recipient in the "Assign Authority Notification" notification type.
  • Notification Calendar - ESS_S001: When the user edit the record of "Specific Criteria" recipient then the "Leave Workflow" Combo and "Upto Level" field should not be enabled. Currently, both fields are enabling while edit the record.
  • Request Fields Setup - RMS_S002: In the "Fields Data Type Setup" Panel, "File Type (comma separated)" setting is not working for the "Attachment" Data Type. When the user enter any "File Type" then system is not accepting the "File" which have that "File Type".
  • Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003: "Request Types" should be shown in "Hierarchy" in the "Copy Record" window.
  • Request Records - RMS_S004: "Request Type" combo box is not refreshing on reset.
  • Notification Calendar - ESS_S001: System should generate "Email / ESS / HCM / SMS" notification(s) to "Assign Authority" and "Specific Criteria" recipients when the "Final Level" supervisor approves the "Leave" and the record is entered automatically in the "Assign Authority" screen.
  • Request Fields Setup - RMS_S002: When pressing the "Save" button after selecting value from "Language" combo box and not entering value in the "Short Name" and "Description" field then an Error message "not-null property references a null or transient valueSmartHCM.Core.Domain.Model.RequestTypeFieldTrans.ShortName" is appearing.
  • Machine Attendance Loading - TOM_S018: Wrong "Load No." is generating when the user upload "Attendance File".
  • Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003: In "Job Wise Rights" tab, "Job Description" is not showing on "Text" field.
  • Request Fields Setup - RMS_S002: 1. Correct the spelling of "Description" in the "Request Type Field Translation" Panel. 2. Space required in the "Column Name" like "Tag Description". 3. Format of Fields Label should be liked "Data Type". Currently, it is shown like "Minimum length". 4. Colon (:) should be shown with the Fields Label. 5. Border Line in the "Fields Data Type Setup" Panel are not proper.
  • Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003: Remove the "Rights" and "Selected Rights" blocks from the "Copy Records" window.
  • Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003: "Copy Record" is not working. Also, "Overwrite" option is not available in the "Copy Record" window.
  • Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003: When the user trying to enter duplicate record then a wrong "Error" message "Your message has been sent successfully." is appearing always in all "Tabs".
  • Notification Calendar - ESS_S001: Remove the extra "Assign Authority" Notification Type from the "Request Management System" module. Also, merge all the relevant "Tags" of "Assign Authority" related with "Request Management System" in the "Assign Authority" Notification Type of the "Leave Management" module.
  • Request Records - RMS_S004: "Forward" link should be disabled always.
  • Request Records - RMS_S004: Design of "Image Viewer" in not proper.
  • Request Records - RMS_S004: 1. Records are not showing in the "Grid" panel when the user selects "No" value from "Have Attachment" Combo box in the "Filter" Panel. 2. When pressing the "Search" button then "Load bar" is showing continuous in the "Grid" panel if wrong value is selected in the "Filter" Panel.
  • Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003: 1. Correct the spelling of "Rights" in whole screen (where required). Currently, "Rigths" is showing in some "Fields Label" and "Tabs Heading". 2. Space required in the "Column Name" like "Job No". 3. Show the window heading only "Copy Records". Currently, window heading is showing "Copy Records (Request Fields Setup)". 4. "Copy Records" is not working properly. Check the functionality completely and resolve all issues related with "Copy Records". 5. Format of Fields Label should be liked "Employee Wise Rights". Currently, it is shown like "Job wise rights". 6. Colon (:) should be shown with the Fields Label.
  • Standard Form work - Standard Issues of Screens: Remove the Title Bar from the following screens : 1. Request Type Setup - RMS_S001 2. Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003 3. Request Field Setup - RMS_S002
  • Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003: In "Grade Wise Rights" tab, combo is not opening when pressing arrow button of combo.
  • General - General Work: "Request Type" combo box should be shown w.r.t ordering defined in "Request Type Setup" screen in the following screens : 1. Request Rights Setup 2. Request Field Setup
  • Appraisal Results - HRS_S101: "Error" while executing "Provisional Run" of "Appraisal Results" i.e "ORA-12899. Value to large for column "SmartrHCM_Hotelone","HRS_APPRAISAL_RESULT_DET"," APPRAISER_COMMENT" (ACTUAL 580, MAXIMUM : 200)".
  • Request Records - RMS_S004: When the user click on any "Action" button or click on "Generate Request" button then an Error message "Whoops something went wrong!" is appearing always.
  • Notification Calendar - ESS_S001: “From User” combo box should be enabled for "RMS Notification Calendar" and progress bar should be given when data is loading. If “From User” is not given then "System Default" values should be used.
  • Probation Confirmation - HRS_S025: "Action" combo box showing the "RMS" status.
  • Request Rights Setup - RMS_S003: "Rights" are not working when the user selects "Top Levels" in the "Department Wise Rights" Tab and "Location Wise Rights" Tab. Currently, system is working when the user selects "Last Level" in both Tabs.
  • Payroll Overtime Records - PAY_S012: When pressing the "Save" button after "Delete" any record then an "Error" message is appearing.
  • Employee Information - HRS_S185: "Employee" becomes "Continue" while his separation record exists.
