Introduction

The purpose of this screen is to do the appraisal (Performance/Personal) of the employees w.r.t Appraisal Plan. Check Appraisal_Plan_Generation to learn about Appraisal Plan

The screen has two Sections.

  1. Primary Section: This section has three Input fields (Employee, Plan, Flag) and four Display fields (Employee Id, Appraisal Group, From Date, To Date).
    1. Input fields
      1. Employee: This field is actually a drop down menu to select the employee with is to be appraised.
      2. Plan: This field is also a drop down menu and the Appraisal Plan can be selected by this. Learn more about Appraisal Plan here Appraisal_Plan_Generation
      3. Flag: By this drop down menu you can select the appraisal type i.e: Performance/Personal
    2. Display fields
      1. Employee Id: This displays the employee Id of the selected employee once an employee is selected by Employee drop down menu.
      2. Appraisal group: This displays the selected Appraisal Group name according to selected Appraisal plan.
      3. From Date: This displays the selected Appraisal Group->Appraisal Plan Duration Start date.
      4. To Date: This displays the selected Appraisal Group->Appraisal Plan Duration End date.
  1. Secondary Section: This section has two tab panels (Performance/Personal Appraisal, Attribute). Once you have selected the Employee, Plan and Flag respectively from the Primary Section. Performance/Personal Appraisal tab of Secondary section will be enabled.
    1. Performance/Personal Appraisal: Once this tab panel is enabled, It is time to fill the appraisal data of the selected employee for selected Plan.
    2. Attribute: This tab panel is to give the rating against the given attributes. Select a row from Performance/Personal Appraisal tab and then navigate to this Attribute tab. Add attributes one by one and give their rating.
