This section defines Employee Job Change screen in SmartHCM.

Introduction

Job rotation; For employee development organizations adopt job rotation policies, this enables individual to deeply understand the functions and contribute comprehensively in organization growth.

Screen Parameters

To view previous job changes, select employee from the drop-down menu.

To change Job

Select Employee Name from the drop down, the existing information will automatically be fetched.

Assign New job Information and location detail for new job.

Saving the record will shift the employee to the new job.
