This section defines the Degree Grade Setup in SmartHCM.

Introduction

Degree Grade setup allows to provide a drop-down to user on which scale the candidate completed the degree.

This may include;

• Division based i.e. 1st Division, Second Division, .....
• Grade Based i.e. A+,A,B+,B,....
• Position based

or any other form

• Grade ID : System Generated ID
• Description : Achievement classification
• Grade Level : Shows the achievement level in comparison. (Can be selected by User w.r.t norms, 1 considered to be best)
• Active : Check this box to view the field in corresponding screens
