Guardian Type Setup

This section describes Guardian Type Setup in SmartHCM.

Introduction

Guardian Type setup allows to set the guardians relations to employees. For example. Father, Uncle, Grand-Parent etc...

Adding a Guardian

Step 1:

Press 'Add' on the toolbar, and input the required fields.

• ID: This is system generated ID assigned.
• Description: Add the Description/ Name of Guardian.

Step 2:

Press 'Save' to save record, click on 'Save' button on toolbar to save changes.

Using the Guardian Type Setup multiple guardians can be added and selected on Employee Information & SmartHCM application Screens.
