Enhancement

  • Profile - Profile: 1. New "Submit" buttons have been added to every panel in the "Horizontal View" of the screen. 2. A "Submit" button has been added to the last panel in the "Vertical View" of the screen. 3. In the "Vertical View", the "Next" and "Back" buttons have been disabled. 4. The "Submit" button is enabled/disabled only when all "Save" buttons are disabled/enabled. 5. The "Clear" button has been removed and the "Reset" button has been added in every panel.
  • Profile - Profile: A new "My Profile" field has been added at the top of the "Profile" screen, with "Profile Status" as its header. When a user completes their personal details section, the user's name is shown with the "My profile" field. Initially, the "Profile Status" field is blank. After saving any section in the profile, the Profile Status field shows "Profile Submission Required". After submitting the profile, this field shows "Profile Submitted". After submitting the profile, the "Submit" button is disabled. If the user edits any record and saves it, the "Submit" button is enabled again.
  • Profile - Profile: When a new user fills out their personal information for the first time and clicks on the "Save" button, an alert message appears: "Your Personal Information has been saved successfully. Kindly proceed to fill out other details". If a user makes changes in the personal section and clicks on the save button, an alert message displays: "Changes saved". When the user presses the submit button, an alert message prompts: "Do you want to submit? Kindly complete all other information".

Fixed Issues

  • Sign In - Sign In: When the Browser's settings were set to "Arabic" and a new user signed up for the portal, the default language of the logged-in account (home screen) was not shown in the "Arabic".
  • Forgot Password - Forgot Password: When the Browser's settings were set in the "Arabic" language and the user reset the password via the "forget password" feature, after resetting the password and logging into the portal, the portal showed the default language as English instead of opening in the "Arabic" language, despite the browser setting being in "Arabic".
  • Forgot Password - Forgot Password: The email format of the "Verification" email and "Forgot Password" email was not showing in RTL (Right-to-Left) when displayed in the "Arabic" language. The emails were not shown text in multi-line format. Tags such as "Dear Applicant," "Regards," etc., were not included in the emails.
  • Profile - Profile: When editing the "Skills" section, if the "Other Skill" check box was selected, the system created this entry as a new skill instead of editing the previous entry.
