Enhancements

  • PAY_S017 - Monthly Data Upload: The process for monthly data uploading has been enhanced to include an option for Employee Roster Uploading. Users have had to Select Upload Type as "Employee Roster" and Upload Excel File.
  • TOM_S029 - Overtime Approval: If overtime has not been allowed in the payroll parameter screen, the overtime approval has not been allowed in the Overtime Approval Screen.
  • HRS_R065 - Appraisal Status – Appraiser Wise: The "Appraiser Type" parameter has been provided in the "Report Specific Parameters" panel.
  • TOM_S011 - Late/Early Departure Approval: The "Geo. Location" and "Org. Location" combo boxes have been provided in the "Filter" panel.
  • HRS_S185 - Employee Information: 1.The "Father Name" and "Husband Name" fields have been added below the "Full Name" field. 2.The "Place Of Birth" field has been moved to the right side and below the "Date of Birth" field.
  • Login - Login: Integrate the SmartHCM DB to include Active/Non-active "Employee Count" column before the status column, "Employee Count" will displaying the number of active and non-active employees for each client
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request: While applying leave when the user has selected "Date from" for any leave type and the employee has been fully absent or has applied for leave for a future date, the "Date to" field and "Hours Requested" field have been automatically filled. Additionally, the user has been able to edit these fields as per their requirements.
  • HRS_R060 - Employee Data Export: The following columns have been included in the employee data export report a.Father's Name b.Husband's Name
  • GEN - General Work: The name "Office Support Portal" has been changed to "Help Desk."

Fixed Issues

  • HRS_RR50 - Applicant Information List: The system did not show data in the Request Id, Location, Department, Position Name, and Emp Type fields that were used as a group.
  • HRS_R060 - Employee Data Export: System faced an issue in generating the "Employee Data Export Report".
  • TOM_S014 - Overtime Approval: The "OT Round" filter did not work properly and did not update data based on the selected value in this filter.
  • RMS_S004 - Manage Request: On "Generate Request," all fields with a data type of "Time" were restricted from manual input and deletion.
  • PAY_R010 - Payroll Overtime Records Report: 1. There was no hint against the employee combo box; "Select Employee" has been added as a hint for the employee combo box. 2. The "Select Employee" combo box has been moved above the "Select Overtime" combo box. 3. All combo boxes have been well aligned. 4. Searching has been done correctly against the "Select Employee" combo box.
  • PAY_S020 - Payroll Process: The "Paging Bar" did not work. All pages showed the same data in the "Location" combo list.
  • OSP_S006 - Status: In the Office Support Portal, the "Status Ordering" became "0" after saving it. The Ordering column did not function correctly.
  • HRS_R060 - Employee Data Export: The view report function did not work and an error occurred while opening the record.
  • TOM_S020 - Holiday Setup: The system took too much time to copy records when pressing the "Copy" button or "Overwrite" button in the "Copy Records" popup window.
  • HRS_R015 - Full and Final Settlement Report:In the full and final settlement report screen, only the data of authorized separated employees was visible in the "Resign No" combo box. Once authorized, the data of the separated employee became visible in the resign combo box.
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request: When the "how many allowed" section was defined in the leave location grade setup, the system restricted the user from applying for more leave than the specified amount. The system calculated the leave count sum from the latest applying 'from date' leave, adhering to the defined settings. An error message occurred if the user had exhausted all leave limits as defined in the setup.
  • RMS_S004 - Manage Request:"Close" button in the history details section did not work.
  • TOM_R013 - Overtime Approval Report:When we checked the checkbox for "Required Monthly Overtime Approval" in the "Payroll Parameters," the "Overtime Approval" report did not open.
  • HRS_S034 - Leave Request:1. The limit of the leave rule for "how many allowed" was updated when the new leave year started with a leave type having a "Leave Year" cycle, and it did not consider the previous year's days for condition validation. 2. If the leave type was based on a custom cycle, all limit conditions were validated according to the defined settings in the "how many times allowed" and "how many allowed" tabs, without checking year validation.
  • TOM_S010 - Attendance Adjustment: When a user unchecked the checkbox in the "Is Adjustable" column, and there were "Absent Hours" present for that date, the system did not adjust the "Absent Hours."
  • HRS_S023 - Leave Location Grade Setup: When the user wanted to copy leave from one grade to another, the leaves were not copied correctly and necessary leaves were removed from the grade.
  • PAY_S013 - Employee Allowances and Deductions: The 'Value' column was allowed to accept 9 digits before the decimal and 2 digits after the decimal.
  • HRS_S091 - Appraisal Attributes: 1. Data did not show in the "Attribute Category" combo box when there were too many attributes. The limit of this combo box was increased, pagination was added with 15 records shown per page. 2. Searching worked against the "Attribute Category" combo box. 3. The "Attribute Category" combo box was ordered in alphabetical order.
  • TOM_S036 - Monthly Time Sheet Approval:When the user "cancelled approval" of the monthly timesheet, the detail panel of overtime approval was removed.
  • PAY_S008 - Overtime Location Grade Setup: The system took too much time to copy records when pressing the "Copy" button or "Overwrite" button in the "Copy Records" popup window. Additionally, the child data (dependent codes) was not copied to the other location.
  • HRS_S025 - Probation Confirmation: 1. When a user confirmed an employee in the "Probation Confirmation" screen, the date was displayed incorrectly in the "Probation History" panel. The date was corrected to show properly in both the "Probation History" panel and the "Employee Information" screen. 2. In the "Probation Confirmation" screen, the "Probation History" panel's 'Probation Start Date' was made to match the 'Hiring Date' or 'Date of Joining' in the "Employee Information" screen. 3. The "Probation Start Date" and "Probation End Date" were not shown when the "Action" was 'Confirm'.
