Enhancement
- Apply Leave - Apply Leave "طلب إجازة": System has suggested the “Days Requested / Hours Requested” on validating “Date From and/or Time From" and "Date To and/or Time To" fields by considering all the factors and rules. (Customization: Employee is supposed to enter "Date and/or Time" at which leave Starts and "Date and/or Time" at which leave Ends; system is supposed to calculate "Number of Days / Hours" of leave accordingly).
- List of Leave Detail - Leave Status Detail "التفاصيل الإجازة": If the "Supervisor" changes the "Date To and/or Time To" then system will suggest the “Days Approved / Hours Approved” on validating “Date From and/or Time From" and "Date To and/or Time To" fields by considering all the factors and rules. (Customization: Employee is supposed to enter "Date and/or Time" at which leave Starts and "Date and/or Time" at which leave Ends; system is supposed to calculate "Number of Days / Hours" of leave accordingly).
- Database - Database / Backend Development: "Table", "Procedure" and "Function" has been created to provide the "Email / SMS Sending" feature by "Email / SMS Server Settings" screen. (User must select "Email / SMS Addresses" from "From User" combo box in the "Notification Calendar" screen to send "Email / SMS" notifications against all "Notification Types").
- Database - Database / Backend Development: The data of "Email / SMS" notification related to "Late Attendance" has been inserted into the newly created database table named "Hrs_Notification_Ondate".
- Database - Database / Backend Development: "Functions" has been created which are responsible for all the calculations against "Hourly" and "Daily" based leaves by considering all the factors and rules. (Customization: Employee is supposed to enter "Date and/or Time" at which leave Starts and "Date and/or Time" at which leave Ends; system is supposed to calculate "Number of Days / Hours" of leave accordingly).
- General Work - General Work: The "Logos" has been changed in the following screens of "SmartESS" application: 1. Login Page screen 2. Header and Footer of all screens 3. About screen
Fixed Issues
- Overtime Approval - Overtime Approval: The "P_Leave_Balance" button has been removed from the screen. Also, the "Approved Leave" has been removed from the "Status" combo box.
- Forgot Password - Forgot Password (نسيت كلمة المرور): When presses "Send" button in the screen then a runtime server error message was showing on the screen even "Email" and "SMS" both generating by the system but "Authentication" page was not opening.
- Daily Attendance - Daily Attendance: "Organization" filter was not working correctly.
