Fixed Issues

  • 3149 Increase the Number of Characters in the Technical Support System in the details of the problem to 5000 Characters (Enhancement)
    • 21168 "Create Ticket Issue" For End User (Create Ticket for End User) - User required that to increase the "Number of Characters" restriction in the " Description of Ticket " Field of the "Create Ticket for Employee" Screen from "1000" to "5000".
    • 21167 Create Ticket/Issue (Create Ticket) - To Increase the "Number of Characters" restriction in the " Description of Ticket " Field of the "Create Ticket" Screen from "1000" to "5000".
  • 2837 Add a Time field as Design Facility (Enhancement)
    • 20970 List of Ticket Detail - Add a New "Time" Field just after the " Date of Ticket " Field in the "Issue Detail of Ticket " Screen.
