Enhancements
- PAY_S017 - Monthly Data Upload: Monthly Data uploading has been enhanced such that Employee Roster Uploading is now provided here. Users have to select 1) Upload Type (Employee Roster) 2) Excel File for Upload. The format for the Excel file includes the columns: 1) Employee ID 2) Columns from Day 1 to Day 31. In the Day columns (from 1 to 31), a Time slot ID is required. After validating the data, employee rosters are updated accordingly, and the reject log shows the records which could not be uploaded, along with the rejection reason.
- TOM_S029 - Overtime Approval: If overtime has not been allowed in the payroll parameter screen, the overtime approval has not been allowed in the Overtime Approval Screen. The system has not generated the overtime extra hours suggestion.
Fixed Issues
- HRS_S117 - Full and Final Settlement: The screen did not calculate the "Gross Salary" elements like not showing any "Allowances".
