In this section we define Grade Wise Perks in SmartHCM.

Introdution

Organizations may have respective nomenclature according to their standards. (A company may sort employee with Grade naming contractual group 1, contractual group 2, contractual group 3.... so on & so forth, numeric digit might be representing the seniority level. Another firm have their proprietize style by declaring Level 1, Level 2..... so on & so forth)

Grade Wise Perks allows to setup perks w.r.t Grade.

Using this setup perks can be awarded to the desired Grade at particular Locations.
