Introduction

The purpose of this screen is to define the different objective ratings and their details according to your organization.

The grid has following six columns.

  1. Classification ID: This column is automatically generated by the system when a new record is inserted.
  2. Short Name: In this column you can give the rating score.
  3. Description: In this column you can give the rating score.
  4. Increment% : In this column you can give a short name to a rating. for e.g Level 2 (I) i.e Improvement needed.
  5. Distribution%: In this column you can give the description of a rating e.g exceptional, unsatisfactory etc.
  6. Command Column: It has following action buttons. CmdColObjRating.JPG
    1. ShowDescriptionObjRating.JPG It will show the ratings description.
    2. Deleteicon.JPG It will delete the record.
    3. Editicon.JPG Allows you to edit an un-authorized record.
    4. AuthorizeIcon.JPG It will authorize a record (Will be hidden if the record is authorized).
    5. AmendIcon.JPG It will edit authorized record (Will be hidden is the record is un-authorized).
