Enhancements
- PAY_S017 - Monthly Data Upload: The process for monthly data uploading has been enhanced to include an option for Employee Roster Uploading. Users will need to:
1. **Select Upload Type**: Choose "Employee Roster." 2. **Select Attendance Month.** 3. **Upload Excel File**: Provide the Excel file for upload.
The format for the Excel file should include the following columns:
- **Employee ID** - **Day 1** to **Day 31**: Each day column requires a Time Slot ID.
After validating the data, the employee rosters have been updated accordingly. A reject log has shown any records that could not be uploaded, along with the reasons for rejection.
Fixed Issues
- HRS_S117 - Full and Final Settlement: The screen did not calculate the "Gross Salary" elements like not showing any "Allowances".
