General Work: "Attendance Uploading Utility" will be worked with the values which are entered against newly defined code "WEB_SERVICE_INTEGRATION" in the "Webservice" application.

Machine based Tab: When the server is restarted we have to press the "Upload" button first time to upload attendance. The "Machine Utility" must automatically run, once the server is "ON".
