Enhancements

• RMS_S004 - Manage Request: The 60 Days restriction has only been applied when the page loads for the first time, but if a user has wanted to see the requests of the whole year, they have been able to see all at once.

• HRS_R015 - Full and Final Settlement: The "Service Length (Year-Month-Day)" field has also been added to the report with its corresponding data.

Fixed Issues

• HRS_S117 - Full and Final Settlement: The screen did not calculate the "Gross Salary" elements like not showing any "Allowances".

• HRS_S110 - Applicant Shortlist: In the screen where upon clicking on "Selection Criteria", the popup window's UI/Design was not showing properly, and the "Add" button was missing while using the screen in the Arabic language.

• HRS_S207 - Pivot Table Reporting Tool: The "Attendance Date" parameter's functionality was not working properly in the "Employee Attendance Summary" report.

• PAY_R004 - Salary Sheet: The system took time to load the report.

• HRS_S207 - Pivot Table Reporting Tool : The Pivot Table Reports was displaying errors on the frontend.

• RMS_S004 - Manage Request : Because of a performance problem with managing requests, the overall database performance went down.

• PAY_R038 - Detail Payslip : When the user clicked on the "Send Email" button, it encountered an error. Due to this error, please carry out the following tasks: 1. If the system encountered an error preventing it from sending an email to any employee, it should have skipped that employee and continued sending emails to others. 2. Once all emails have been sent successfully, the confirmation message should include a list of all the employee IDs to whom the email was not sent.

• RMS_S004 - Manage Request : 1. The label name was changed from "Employee Id" to "Requested By" in the filter panel. 2. The "Requested By" field was changed from "Text" to "Combo Box" in the filter panel. 3. The "Status By" field was changed from "Text" to "Combo Box" in the filter panel.

• PAY_R004 - Salary Sheet : In the Salary Sheet, the total values were not displayed with commas.

• TOM_S020 - Holiday Setup : The system took too much time to copy records when the "Copy" or "Overwrite" buttons were pressed in the "Copy Records" popup window.

• HRS_S023 - Leave Location Grade Setup : The field "Active/Inactive" was hidden.

• PAY_S020 - Payroll Process : When the user ran the payroll process, the calculation of gross salary was automated, and the updated gross pay salary table also reflected on Employee Information, Basic Salary Editing, Employee Rejoining, Contract Renewal, and Data Export.

• TOM_S029 - Overtime Approval : The "Geo Locations," "Organizations," and "Shift" filters were not functioning.

• RMS_S004 - Manage Request : The status filter was not functioning correctly.

• RMS_S004 - Manage Request : The system did not allow the user to delete the "Date" from any "Date" field in the "Filter" panel.

• HRS_S023 - Leave Location Grade Setup : The "Copy Records" function for leaves specific to slab-based was continuously loading, but no records were updating on the Leave Location Grade Setup.

• TOM_S010 - Attendance Adjustment : The "Geo. Location," "Org. Location," and "Shift" filters were not working properly.

• HRS_S207 - Pivot Table Reporting Tool : The "Employee Attendance Summary" report was added to the Product.

• TOM_S036 - Monthly Time Sheet Approval : A restriction was set on the approval of monthly timesheets if suggestions were pending on the "generate overtime suggestions" screen. The system restricted users from approving monthly timesheets.

• AttendanceRanking - Attendance Ranking Report : The system took time to load the "Attendance Ranking" report , Additionally, the system did not show all employees' data in the report.

• Salary Sheet : All sub reports(R004, R036, R040 and R041) were not opening in Arabic language.
