Enhancements

TOM_S037 - Time Slot Location Shift Setup: The "End Time" column has been provided in the "Time Slot" combo box.

TOM_S009 - Shift wise Roster: The "End Time" column has been provided in the "Time Slot" combo box.

HRS_S198 - Leave Balance Adjustment : The "Employee Id" column has been added to the field drop-down of "Leave Balance Adjustment No.".

HRS_S028 - Contract Renewal: The "New Gross Salary" and "Last Gross Salary" columns have been provided in the "Contract History" tab.

HRS_S092 - Position Attributes: The "Attribute Description" column has been provided in b/w the "Attribute" and "Weight" columns.

PAY_S004 - Attendance Setup: A "Search Bar" has been provided on the screen, and searching has been enabled for all columns.

Login - Login: "Login" into the application has been restricted if the user does not have even a single "Activity" right.

TOM_S003 - Time Slot: The "End Time" column has been provided in the "Time Slot" combo box.

PAY_S042 - Employee Basic Salary Editing: The "Gross Salary" column has been provided in the history panel of the screen.

TOM_S005 - Employee wise Roster: The "End Time" column has been provided in the "Time Slot" combo box.

PAY_R038 - Detail Payslip: The "Profit/Loss" column has been provided in the report.

Fixed Issues

HRS_S034 - Leave Request: The "Request Failure" error message appeared when a user clicked on the "Add" button on the screen.

PAY_R012 - Fund Yearly Contribution: The logo was right-aligned and extra spaces were shown in the report.

PAY_S034 - Payroll Inquiry: The "Payroll Allowance Details" and "Payroll Deduction Details" sections did not show data for different months when the system had multiple employees having the same names when the user searching the employee with the name on the "Employee" combo box.

HRS_S198 - Leave Balance Adjustment: 1. In the "Leave Balance Adjustment History" section, all leave type data was displayed when any leave type was selected against an employee. 2. When any employee was added using the "add" option, the "leave balance adjustment history" panel showed data of all employees.

HRS_S092 - Position Attributes: The "Attribute" field was not rendering the value. "-" was showing in the "Attribute" column.

SET_S002 - Locations: For the "Geo. Location" hierarchy, the searching functionality was not working correctly.

HRS_S185 - Employee Information: In the popup window of the "E-Files" tab, a label did not exist for file attachments.

PAY_S030 - Loan Disbursement: "Paid Amount" was showing zero, if the "Outstanding Amount" was zero.

TOM_S038 - Mobile Device Attendance Setup: The enter press functionality was not available when the user searched in the search bar.

HRS_S108 - Applicant Information: An error message "Request Failure" was displayed, when a user tried to search the applicant to view the applicant record on the screen.

PAY_R012 - Fund Yearly Contribution Report: 1. The "Header" length was not matched with the "Footer" in length. 2. The "End of Report" text was not center-aligned w.r.t the "Footer" length. 3. The Client Logo was not prominently visible on the report, and the image was not clear and easily readable. 4. Extra spaces were shown in the report. 5. The "From Date" and "To Date" were not aligned with their corresponding Dates.

HRS_S108 - Applicant Information: The "Mobile Code" combo box was not seen as mandatory when it was set as mandatory "Yes" in the "Mobile No. Fields Setup" screen when adding new applicant information.

TOM_S038 - Mobile Device Attendance Setup: After selecting the master record, the page number in the "Attendance Locations" block did not reset, causing it to not display the record.

PAY_S016 - Fund Contribution: The system was calculating "Employer Contribution" incorrectly.

HRS_S107 - Recruitment Request Form: The "Save" button was enabled always.

PAY_S032 - Loan Reschedule: The remaining amount was not displayed in the "Outstanding Balance" field.

HRS_S185 - Employee Information: The field name (Check Box) was "Roster Authorized". Now, it is "Employee Wise Roster Authorization Required".

PAY_S011 - Monthly Payment Deduction (Code wise): For the "Delete All" button, a proper message and loading bar was not provided.

HRS_R009 - Leave Record: "Page Count" was overlapping.

TOM_S003 - Time Slot: In an "Early Departure Rule" combo box: - The label "Excluding Grace Time-in period" has been changed from "Excluding Grace Time-out period". - The label "Including Grace Time-in period" has been with "Including Grace Time-out period".
