Enhancements

TOM_S037 - Time Slot Location Shift Setup: The "End Time" column has been provided in the "Time Slot" combo box.

TOM_S009 - Shift wise Roster: The "End Time" column has been provided in the "Time Slot" combo box.

HRS_S198 - Leave Balance Adjustment : The "Employee Id" column has been added to the field drop-down of "Leave Balance Adjustment No.".

HRS_S028 - Contract Renewal: The "New Gross Salary" and "Last Gross Salary" columns have been provided in the "Contract History" tab.

PAY_S004 - Attendance Setup: A search bar has been provided on the screen, and searching has been enabled with respect to all columns.

Login - Login: Login into the application has been restricted if the user does not have even a single "Activity" right.

TOM_S003 - Time Slot: The "End Time" column has been provided in the "Time Slot" combo box.

PAY_S042 - Employee Basic Salary Editing: The "Gross Salary" column has been provided in the history panel screen.

Fixed Issues

HRS_S034 - Leave Request: The "Request Failure" error message appeared when a user clicked on the "Add" button on the screen.

PAY_R012 - Fund Yearly Contribution: The logo was right-aligned and extra spaces were shown in the report.

PAY_S034 - Payroll Inquiry: The "Payroll Allowance Details" and "Payroll Deduction Details" sections did not show data for different months when the system had multiple employees having the same names when the user searching the employee with the name on the "Employee" combo box.

HRS_S198 - Leave Balance Adjustment : 1. In the "Leave Balance Adjustment History" section, all leave type data was displayed when any leave type was selected against an employee. 2. When any employee was added using the "add" option, the "leave balance adjustment history" panel showed data of all employees.

HRS_S092 - Position Attributes: The "Attribute" field was not rendering the value in the "Attribute" column and the "Attribute Description" column was provided between the "Attribute" and "Weight" columns.

HRS_R010 - Consolidated Leave Card: Leave medical certificate checkbox was unable to check/uncheck.

SET_S002 - Locations : The searching bar functionality was not working correctly.

HRS_S185 - Employee Information: In the E-files sub-screen, a label did not exist for file attachments.

PAY_S030 - Loan Disbursement: Paid amount was showing zero , if the outstanding amount was zero.

TOM_S038 - Mobile Device Attendance Setup : The enter press functionality was provided when the user searched in the search bar.

HRS_S108 - Applicant Information : An error message 'Request Failure' was displayed , when a user searched for the applicant ID in the 'Applicant ID Combo Box' on the 'Applicant Information' screen.

PAY_R012v - Fund Yearly Contribution Report Parameter : The Yearly Contribution Report for the Fund was updated with consistent header and footer lengths,clear logo visibility, removal of extra spaces and proper alignment.

HRS_S108 - Applicant Information : The field for mobile code was not seen as mandatory when it was set as mandatory "Y" from the "Mobile NO. Fields setup" screen when adding new applicant information.

TOM_S038 - Mobile Device Attendance Setup : After selecting the master record, the page number in the "Attendance Locations" block did not reset, causing it to not display the record.

PAY_S016 - Fund Contribution : The system was calculating "Employer Contribution" incorrectly.

HRS_S107 - Recruitment Request Form : The "Save" green button was disabled, and it was enabled when the user clicked the "Add" button.

PAY_S032 - Loan Reschedule : The remaining fund amount was not displayed in the Outstanding Standard Balance.

HRS_S185 - Employee Information: The field "Employee Wise Roster Authorization Required" name was 'roster authorized'.

PAY_S011 - Monthly Payment Deduction (Code wise): For the "Delete All" button, a proper message and loading bar were provided, additionally, the backend screen was disabled until the loading message disappeared.

HRS_R009 - Leave Record : Page count was overlapping.

PAY_R038 - Detail Payslip : The "Profit/Loss" column was provided in the report.

TOM_S005 - Employee wise Roster : In the "Employee Wise Roster" screen, the "End Time" column was provided in the "Time Slot" combo boxes.
