2551 - Forget Password Screen (Enhancement)
- 20735 - Both " رقم السجل المدني " and " رقم الموظف " Fields and Buttons should be Disabled until the "Expire Time" of "Mobile Authentication Code".

2522 - إعادة إنشاء كلمة المرور (Enhancement)
- 20719 - Change the Old "Design" of " إعادة إنشاء کلمة المرور " Page in the "Forgot Password - نسيت كلمة المرور" Page of "SMart Web Portal" by as per Attached New "Design".

2482 - خاصية نسيت كلمة المرور ليست فعالة (Problem Reported)
- 20604 - "Forget Password" Screen is not working. Wrong Alert Message is showing.

2449 - Change User Name (Data)
- 20609 - Change the "Active Directory User" of Employee from Back-End.

2417 - Re-translate Sentence (Enhancement)
- 20739 - Change the Greeting Sentence from " مرحبآ بك في البوابة الداخلية " to " الهيئة مرحبا بك في خدمات منسوبي" in all "Pages" of Portal.

2240 - Quarter Report (Data)
- 20445 - Required the "Count" of different "Status" of "Leaves" which are Applied from Smart Web Portal.
- 20446 - Required the "Count" of all "Status" of "SPM Tickets".

2186 - Total Record Found Sentence (Enhancement)
- 20514 - Remove the sentence "Total Record Found (Number)" in the "Employee" Combo Box.

2184 - Message In Assign Not Showing (Problem Reported)
- 20515 - Default Message is not showing in the " الوصف " column against the "Employee" in the "Chat" Block.

2159 - Calendar interaction (Enhancement)
- 20740 - When User Clicks on any Date of Calender (which is present in the Home Page of Smart Web Portal) on which he Applied Leaves on that Date then System will Open the "Leave Detail" Page Directly.

1948 - In the Web Portal page in the e-mail there is an Error in the Name of the Title Subject, Please change it to " الموضوع " Only (Problem Reported)
- 20421 - Change the Field Name From " موضوع دراسي " to " الموضوع".

1642 - Extension Table (Enhancement)
- 20420 - Provide the "Tool Tip" in the " دليل الهيئة اللكتروني " Screen.

1039 - Create Mobile Application of Smart Web portal (Enhancement)
- 20537 - Create Mobile Application of Smart Web portal.
- 20536 - Create Mobile Application of Smart Web Portal Leave Notification.
- 20522 - Discussion with Mobile Application Developer.

- 20649 - Wrong "Decision No." message is showing on the Leave App-rover Screen.
- 20645 - Design of the Screen is Out.
- 20513 - "SMS" is not generating when pressing "Submit" Button in the "Forget Password" Screen.
- 20641 - User trying to Login in the Portal but System not allowing him to enter in the Portal.
- 20608 - Error message is appearing when user trying to Login on Web Portal.
- 20605 - "Alert" Message Popup should show on the "Login" Page when User Open the "Login" Page of Smart Web Portal.
- 20603 - Showing error in leave when forward
- 20593 - Navigation problem In the " تفاصيل الجازة " Page of Web Portal.
- 20644 - Design of Screen is Out and Fonts of some Labels are changed.
