HRS_S023 - Leave Location Grade Setup: 1. The new "Check Box" parameter "Include in Service Length" has been added in the screen and it is "Checked" by default (If the user "Unchecked" the check box then leaves (Days) taken against this "Leave Type" will not be included in "Service Length"). 2. The new "Include in Service Length" check box will be shown disable and check box should be checked if the user checks "Hourly based leave" check box.

HRS_S034 - Leave Request: System has suggested the “Days Requested / Hours Requested” and "Days Approved / Hours Approved" on validating “Date From and/or Time From" and "Date To and/or Time To" fields by considering all the factors and rules. (Customization: Employee is supposed to enter "Date and/or Time" at which leave Starts and "Date and/or Time" at which leave Ends; system is supposed to calculate "Number of Days / Hours" of leave accordingly).

HRS_S117 - Full and Final Settlement: "EOSB" ("Slab" based "Fund") calculation and value of "Service Length (Year / Month / Day)" field are showing in the screen as per the "Service Length" calculation by considering checked/unchecked the "Include in Service Length" parameter in the "Leave Location Grade Setup" screen.

HRS_R015 - Full and Final Settlement: "EOSB" ("Slab" based "Fund") calculation is showing in the report as per the "Service Length" calculation by considering checked/unchecked the "Include in Service Length" parameter in the "Leave Location Grade Setup" screen.

HRS_R060 - Employee Data Export: Value of "Service Length" column is showing in the report as per the "Service Length" calculation by considering checked/unchecked the "Include in Service Length" parameter in the "Leave Location Grade Setup" screen.

PAY_S052 - End of Term Benefit Calculator: "EOSB" ("Slab" based "Fund") calculation and value of "Service Length (Year / Month / Day)" field are showing in the screen as per the "Service Length" calculation by considering checked/unchecked the "Include in Service Length" parameter in the "Leave Location Grade Setup" screen.

TOM_S023 - Employee Mobile Phone Registration Setup: 1. The value "IMEI" has been removed from the "Registration Method" combo box. 2. The column name has been changed from "IMEI Number" to "Device Id". 3. When the user "Add" or "Edit" any record then the "Registration Method" combo box is showing disable and value "Device Id" is selected by default always now.

ESS_S001 - Notification Calendar: 1. The "Email / SMS Sending" feature has been provided by using data from "Email / SMS Server Settings" screen (wherever applicable). User must selects "Email Address" from "From User" combo box to send "Email / SMS" notification against all "Notification Types".

ESS_S017 - Email/SMS Server Settings: 1. The "Combo Box" of "Server Address" column has been removed. A "Text" field has been added for "Server Address" column instead of "Combo Box". 2. "Password" has been shown in the "Encrypted" form in the database table. Also, "Decryption" feature has been available in the front-end to send "Email / SMS" notifications. 3. The new column namely "From User" (Text field) has been added in b/w "Id" and "User Name" columns in the grid panel. This field will be enabled and mandatory for "Email" notification only and for "SMS" notification, it will be shown disable.

Dashboard - Dashboard: In the "Search Menu" combo box, "Email / SMS Server Settings" screen has been shown now in the "Core Modules" folder --> "Notification" folder instead of the "Request Management System" folder.

Database - Database / Backend Development: "Table", "Procedure" and "Function" has been created to provide the "Email / SMS Sending" feature by "Email / SMS Server Settings" screen. (User must select "Email / SMS Addresses" from "From User" combo box in the "Notification Calendar" screen to send "Email / SMS" notifications against all "Notification Types").

Database - Database / Backend Development: The data of "Email / SMS" notification related to "Late Attendance" and all "System Date" notification types has been inserted into the newly created database table named "Hrs_Notification_Ondate".

HRS_R060 - Employee Data Export: System was showing wrong "Service Length" value in the report.

TOM_S003 - Time Slot: "Radio" button value against the "Single Suggestion" suggestion type for "Extra Hours Rule" block was not saving by the system.
